Does 4.1 come with a laundry list full of bug fixes? Is 4.1 actually a release ready version? 4.0 certainly was not, and it is appalling that you people forced new clients of yours into beta testing this crap you call 4.0; not only that but making us pay for it as well.
I dare say you guys should probably do away with zend encoding every single file and let some people who actually know how to code get their hands dirty instead of having to rely on your "I've escalated this ticket to a higher level of support" airhead staff members. My personal favorite bug is the one that grants access to people who failed the billing process... |

I can't tell you how many online games and expansion packs I've been a part of the beta testing processing. It is without a doubt the best way to find bugs and unexpected issues before the product goes live and I'm happy to see NATs going all out on their beta test. It will only make it a better, strong product for the rest of us. |

I think not friend.. but I will say our ticket list is a mile long, and even now issues that were supposed to have been resolved a year ago are resurfacing. And what do we get from support? Pure arrogance and complete lack of professionalism. |

Open/public beta and forcing someone to beta test software on a live system are not one in the same; especially when we were never informed that we were actually beta testing, and the software wasn't actually release ready/stable... |

I don't argue with people who are anonymous. It's impossible and pointless. You can make up whatever you want with no way for me to confirm or deny. If you want to discuss actual specific issues with me, I'm more than happy to. No one has even been shut off for saying anything about NATS. It's an absurd accusation to make and a glaring example of the complete lack of accountability on this board lately. Again, if you want to discuss specific issues I'm more than happy to. If you want to make things up and spew insults anonymously you're wasting your time. |
I did not accuse you of anything actually.. but I certainly don't feel as if it's in our best interest for me to say who I am; especially considering this is the only thing I've said that you decided to address.

No one was forced to "beta test" NATS 4. You may feel there were some issues, but it was in no way a "beta test". You may feel you are fairly superior to our programming staff as you've implied several times. If you are, no one is forcing you to use NATS, you're more than welcome to build a better mousetrap. If you have issues, you're always welcome to contact me and I'm glad to help you with them. If we're in the wrong, we'll work with you to make it right. Making anonymous accusations, throwing around personal insults, and making broad baseless claims on a message board serves no purpose to move your situation forward, it only serves the purpose of looking to complain, attack, and start drama. If you want to actually resolve a situation, we're here to help. |
To the top!

Top time.

Nice move!!! This is how product development should take place. Kudos TMM.

bump for the winners list?

I miss the 3.0 interface, too. The NATS 4.0 interface is too complicated / confusing ...in NATS 4.0 there is a lot more functionality than NATS 3.0, but I don't use the extra functionality, because I don't understand much of what I see.
Btw do you offer an API to pull affiliate stats from NATS? If not do you plan to offer an API in the future? |
bump for some solid guys!
