You have to love Ron. I liked that film as well and it is one of those that showed how underrated he is as an actor. Cronos is another one where he demonstrates his talent vs just looking weird. I'm a big del Toro fan and when was connected to the Hobbit we were hoping that would mean Ron would get a job in the cast.

My husband is from the Liverpool area and near enough our first date was insisting I go see 51st State with him so I could learn about the city. Like Americans have never heard of Liverpool *rolls eyes*.

Perfect dialog and terrificly performed.
A small supporting part that made an otherwise good movie
one of the greatest movies ever made.

I refused to watch that movie forever and didn't ever pay shit for attention to it, because I thought it was probably something lame as fuck. Then my roommate talked me into watching it back in the spring and I was mindblown. Such a fucking wicked flick...

So glad the rodriguez remake got scrapped. I like his movies but casting rose macgowan was a mistake. He was letting hid penis do the talking.

Groucho! loved Harpo and Chico too. Zeppo not so much, and i'm still not sure about the 5th brother Karl.

Harpo and Chico were amazing. Groucho for me though just stole the show in most of the movies.
