I will get clarification on if ACH and CC transfers will still be working or if its strictly wires in the morning and get the information to you as of now I do not know much more than what were posted.

I honestly thought this would be resolved up until the bank cut off the ability to see the Virtual card balance and from then I guess I knew were things were heading.
I know this has hurt a lot of people both with their business and personal lives and I am sorry for that, it sucks it ended this way.
I do not know in details what happened but I know that Chris Mallick did everything in his power to get ePassporte back to normal but sadly it were not possible.

I had 5 fantastic years with ePassporte and I have always been happy working for ePassporte and I have never regretted contacting Chris 5 years ago asking if he needed someone on the boards a few hours a week, I figured it would be 10 hours a week for a couple of months maybe until they found a better solution never imagined it would be for so long
.
It have been a pleasure working with all the webmasters I have talked to over the years, we might not have agreed on everything but I hope we got things sorted out in the end.
Thanks for the last 5 years, there have been good times and bad times but the good times have outweighed the bad times by at least 10-1 :)

I am going to miss you all.
Michael

Michael check your mail. Thank you!

in3sting 10-05-2010 04:08 PM

Michael,
Thank you for communicating in a tough time. Businesses fail, too many people run and hide. You were here for five years solving problems and as the ship sank you were thrown to the wolves. We wolves respect you,not necessarily your employer.

Thank you.

MO was paid with YOUR MONEY! While paid with YOUR MONEY you did not get HONEST ANSWERS and REAL SERVICE when you needed it most.

Life has a strange way of balancing things out.

mn 10-06-2010 06:43 AM

michael did a very good job prior to the problems started.

after that he just fucked up by his 100% bullshit making people continue accepting epass. any other online payment provider hiring him will be flamed forever all over internet and they will dig their own grave. sorry, but that's fact.

i still wish him luck in the future.

woj 10-06-2010 07:43 AM

so what's the situation with ACH transfers? everyone with wallet funds is fucked?

gumdrop 10-06-2010 07:47 AM

As for Michael you handled this better than I could imagine anyone taking all the heat you took.

As far as the wallet money it looks like we are fucked they stopped sending out ACHs & CCs before they even announced they were closing shop. Chris probably just saying they will payout eventually to keep people from coming after him right away.

Before I would guess in the 30k- 60k range.

Now: :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Remember, his severance is YOUR money. Hope you enjoy how he spends it.

Alprazolam 10-06-2010 05:59 PM

a bunch of big programs got screwed with money stuck in the wallets to pay affiliates.

Nicky 10-06-2010 06:37 PM

I had 7 CC withdrawals made last week and they are not showing up so It seems they stopped approving withdrawals sometime mid last week.

Stop being a fool.

What would you have had him done, quit on the very first day troubles arouse or do his job and do what he was paid to.

Your posts here make you come off as a total idiot.

As this thread can show, despite what you think, most people still do trust him and thank him for his service, so when you start spewing bullshit leave it to "I think, I do, I know, etc" not "We think, We do, We know etc".

There doesn't seem to be a whole of lot people that feel the way you do, so stop including us in this 'nobody can trust him' bit that you're on.

Good luck Michael and it was really nice to deal with you! You helped me and our affiliates a lot of times.

But in my opinion you'd not to tell that you are 100% confident about our payments. If ePassporte suppose to pay us then there should be a lot of webmasters who got their wire in Sept. And we all know that there was just some small wires. And I beleive that was done to make all of us keep a hope and wait.

So better tell the truth to everyone! We should not wait and keep a hope to get paid one day. All who want their money should hire a lawyer and try to get it. And if you can't afford that - then just forget about your money for sure.

Would have bailed and told the truth way sooner - years ago. Just read my posts for the last 3 years.

No the idiots are those that lost money in the face of an obvious crash douchebag.

I can expect younger less experienced businesses people to make this mistake, but if you have been in this game for a long time and you didn't see the writing on the wall and kept all your earnings in there, shame on you.

So if you get food poisoning at a restaurant putting you in the hospital and it closes, do you go online, look up the cook and thank him? MO served you all the shit sandwich and you came back for more. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Either you guys have to wake up, are huge post/sig whores, or need to wear helmets in pubic. :2 cents:

Cash 10-07-2010 05:08 AM

Michael, how can I get my wallet money from epassporte?

suesheboy 10-09-2010 06:22 AM

MO will be spending time in court.

http://epassportelawsuit.com/

When all of the truth comes out, how much will you still love him?

There's a load of bullcrap.Michael well never go to court over this because

1. He worked from another country
2. His position was not a key one which makes him not liable for his employers actions.

Michael O was in very bad position from the start. It's a catch 22.

Had he bailed half of GFY would have been all over him calling him a spineless coward who runs at the first sign of trouble

He stayed and did what he was paid to do, this makes him a good employee, no more no less. What little he could do for Epass users he did, and most of all he took all the crap, including from me, because in my quest to get him to disclose more then he intended I wasn't that nice either. So for this het gets to take crap from the likes of you, for doing his job.

You see where this has become a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation?

Any business with half a brain will see Michael for what he is: A stand up employee, an employer can bank on. He won't run, does what he is supposed to do, and the fact that he required no supervision to do it, makes him an even more outstanding employee.

In fact I always said right from the start that Epass was not to be trusted, but Michael O would be the only exception to that rule of thumb.

Actually, that's an interesting idea. I have a feeling it would be easier to get Michael O into court than anybody else. And once there, shine the bright light on him and make him tell all the secrets. Much like a John Doe lawsuit, only this time we got the John. ;)

And about this epassportelawsuit.com site, this is the absolute silliest thing I've seen this week. $5 says the total will say 1 billiion sometime in the next week. Or whenever someone gets 'round to it.

Wrongo.

He can be made to give statements and testify as a witness. Over and over again.

As the key contact correspondence and communication from clients and superiors went through his hands again and again. Can be used to show a pattern of deceit and if he was involved

If MO and at least one person he worked with could have had reasonable knowledge of what was going to to happen, it could be a criminal conspiracy as well.

On the contrary; first of all they would need to extract him if he is unwilling to appear. That's a costly thing to do, especially for an employee who most likely doesn't know shit about what is really going on(Another drawback from working from another country).

A rep with key knowledge? You have got to be kidding me! Reps in general don't know shit about most that is going on at the top(Or in Epass's case sewer).

Will NEVER happen
