$10 transaction fee and $320/day is alot better then $0 transaction fee and $0 per day. As for the 1 day delay, I'm completely fine with it and it sounds reasonable. They DID say Oct 6th pending slight delays. I would be pissed if they changed it to Oct 30th, but 1 day late and confirmation that it will be working sounds perfectly fine to me. I'm sure it's not a 5 minute process enabling the cards again.

And virtual visa cards will also be switched on apparently so you can always use your "lost" money to prepay something and hopefully get a better rate.

Does anyone know if the transaction limits are the same as the ATM withdrawal limits? I.e can I withdraw $320 cash, then go into a shop and spend $300 on the card?

I actually emailed them about that yesterday. I also asked them what the withdrawal fee was. They told me the fees would be the same as they were before $3 and that the $10 on the site is $10 Caribbean or something, not U.S. are are for a different product.

As for how we are going to check the balance, they completely ignored that question.
