I was emailed back from the bank 2-3 days after I sent them my questions about expired cards. Their answer:

"Thank you for your email. Working on an option to renew Virtual Card for
online shopping. If this is not an option, wire may be, depending on
balance

Cardholder Services"

I just spoke to the bank this morning and they said they are still working on a solution. It will be posted on their website as soon as they figure out what to do. The girl said she had no idea when it will get solved or how fast.

I was told today by sknanb customer service that you need to have a minimum of 10k to wire your funds.

LOL, I got the same email telling me to use my card for online shopping even though my card is expired and no merchant will accept it because it is expired. Also nothing new posted on their website.

I talked to visa today and opened a case with them. They said SKNANB should/have to issue a new card for users since they are holding the money. They might claim they are not the card issuing bank? which may be true. Epassporte contracted someone to print the cards off but SKNANB is still responsible for the cards/money on the prepaid accounts.

If you are in the states, Call visa 1-800-847-2911 and open a case against SKNANB for the problem with them reissuing your card.

I called again yesterday, which they reconized my voice and stated over and over they could not find my card. Then I said I had a visa case number and suddenly they got silent on the phone. Put me on hold came back asked a few more questions saying what number did visa give me to call and give this case to. I said a sknanb phone then rattled it off. They said this wasn't a valid SKNANB phone number so I called it with them on the phone and what do you know. SKNANB phone menu comes up with options. So now the phone agent is in shock on what happened. Collets my visa case information etc.

So now I'm waiting on them to return my call.. again. Few days I will call SKNANB card services, which is different than the number they have on their site. The call center said they are not the card issuers, fine but they are still responsible for the accounts/card numbers.
