Should have used a domain like chrismallicksucks.com or chrismallickfailures.com etc... Just using his straight up name is going to get you shut down quickly regardless unless you go with a registrar and host that has some real balls.

I have never had any issues with my host and know the owner very well. So I see no point in subjecting them to legal issues when I can simply just move the site.

At this time I don't not know if Monkier was even contacted..
Issues started yesterday with the first round of legal letters being denied by my host..
today more letters and notice that more were on there way.

So the site will get a new home soon.

At least make it very clear in a statement at or around the top of the root and other pages that the site isn't his, you aren't claiming to be or represent him and have the domain in good faith for sharing publicly available information.

I'd take the 'webmasters+bukkakevids.com email off that, people will not take it seriously with such email addresses as contact info.

The people you WANT to see it and take note, won't be interested in any bukkake connections.

You are right bro, just configuring pop3 ( I'm running site on new server which didnt have any emails running ;P ), outlook and MX records, will be up in a couple of minutes, thanks for the heads up, i'm so fucking stupid that didnt think about it :)

Sites back up..
Host was willing to give me more time but in the end Moniker re-pointed the DNS.
Still no contact from them with regards to the matter.

I've also yet to get copies of the letters sent to the host but they will fwd them to me later this week.

My lawyer on this matter will be fwd all information and would personally like to enlighten Mallick and his lawyers about free speech and use of public information.

This is getting interesting.

If "on or before Oct. 18th" comes and he has no real answers other than more delays, I don't see how he can complain about the shit storm coming. I personally do not want the FBI involved in a fraud case yet as some are calling for. Lets see what happens with this 18th date.
