AdultsAllowed stopped paying webmasters long ago... EPOCH refused to answer our requests and keep processing them. Also webmasters didn't care and just gave up and didn't claim, losing around 100K there in total...

You made a ton of money with deluxepass, and you are claiming signups that didn't get counted last year, I talked to your partner that you didn't pay and he asked me to put the account in hold, then I paid you once I opened your acct again.

As much as it sucks, DeluxePass has to be closed because there isn't a lot left, that's another reason why we're shutting it down, because DeluxePass relied on webmasters for updates and new sites.

I didn't get any icq message and I was moving when a couple of guys sent me the link to the thread.

Once again, we'll pay what is owed and all of the outstanding payments to all of the webmasters, I can't do more than that. I just can't keep the site up and lose money with DeluxePass, everything has a beginning and everything has an end.

seriously that makes no sense at all. alexa rank 26,000. I'm pretty sure there is a way to operate it profitably.

Here is a suggestion. turn it into a legal tube. 30 second preview clips. I believe they own licenses on a few thousand films. then upsell 19.95 month for premium access. I would go as far to say with that alexa rank I could get the thing down to under 1k hosting costs month. and just pass the affiliate links through and still give a 50/50 split.

Pretty simple. But I guess its easier to stop paying affiliates and recoup your loses over time. its really unbelievable.

maybe this thread will make Clement think twice not just about my issue
but also about his decision to close DeluxePass

this project is a good toy and someone might play it well and make good $$$
or he can convert the system himself. hosting is damn cheap nowadays
if he was able to make money back in the days someone can make even more
with it now

surely its not the best idea to store multiple copies of the same content
all over the place

deluxepass can be like videosz but with multiple tours (sites) linking to the
videos stored in one place

it would be much more easier to operate if done so imho
and will get advantages compared to videosz because people make tons of
"exclusive" tours (sites)

i remember i offered Clement to make a niche tour for videosz back in 2005
i even had design and content cut but it didnt had a go from the "system"

it surely can improve ratios for webmasters sending traffic to "their own" sites
compared to everyone sending it to one or several sites
