Tony Vargas is both Technical and Administrative Contact for domains and hosting. He does also do IT work for us and with all the due respect to Tony, he is of no importance in this thread.

He is the only person representing your company that [now] has a first and last name, so I would say that he is of importance. If you were not so tight-lipped about who is behind your company maybe the questions would stop.

At this point we are working with ePass users helping them legally extract their wallet and VV funds. We are not acting as a money transfer service but instead as a recovery or collection agency service. We will keep you informed as more financial services become available and will then offer those services to you.

Many have been using third party payment processors to access wallet funds but ePass will not wire to third parties, so a USA bank account is the best recourse for people in that position. A very evasive reply making excuses for not being allowed to provide proof of a single recovery isn't really what people are looking for.

I wonder if someone has used it successfully as of yet.
