It's hard to fathom what special magic nettrust & Passport Recovery Services has which is allowing them to receive wires from ePassporte when other, experienced and savvy people with correct documentation and valid bank accounts are not receiving their money.

I'm going to call this for what it is, Passport Recovery Services is a scheme dreamed up by someone to take advantage of those who have already been unfortunate enough to lose money with ePassporte.
