The important consideration here is that while 19 does not get into plant limits, which the state declared unconstitutional earlier this year, but regulates grow area size, there is a federal 5 year mandatory minimum jail sentence once you hit 100 plants.

There are a lot of folks, I'll call them "the 99'ers" that worry far more about that number than about anything else -- and a lot of folks that don't know any better.

Jerry Brown has been our governor and as an example of what a crappy governor he was, he put Rose Bird on the CA Supreme Court, where they proceeded to overturn 60+ death penalty cases.

Bird was the first Supreme Court justice to be voted out of her position.

As Atty General he refuses to do his job, simply because he does not believe in the cause. That is bullshit. A lawyer must do their job whether they believe in their client or not.
