To add a little substance to your post dreamteam, please could you screenprint from your paxum statement the 3 x 600 EURO transactions being debited to to your statement in USD so that we can see what rate was used (and determine whether your Paxum card has really managed to do an internatonal transaction without a currency markup).....

Well, I don't have any 3 x 600 Euros atm withdrawals like Dreamtem but I did a test the other day of CAD 20 just to see if everything worked ok. It's from a BMO ABM.

Note how it says "With currency conversion"
Dunno if Paxum will do monthly adjustments like some others? I am sure they will chime in on that.

That sounds likely yes. These random atm usually charges a CA $1.5 fee on top too. In this test case it was a BMO ABM, so no extra fees except the 1.15% FX markup (pocketed by the bank/MC)

There are no withdrawal limits? Or you can set them crazy high? $2000~ seems high for a single days ATM activty heh :)

It's $2500 a day. It was set that high for a reason. With the epassporte situation we dont want webmasters to feel uneasy about using an e-wallet service. So we set the daily limit to $2,500 so you can pull out a decent amount of money a day :)

This puts you in a minority group of probably one payment card service that doesn't charge a markup, which is of course commendable, but realistically, I do not believe that you will (be able to) sustain that indefinitely.

It is revenue that you are missing out on, which will help you stay viable.

In any case, I think you are certainly one of the better representatives RuthB and I wish you and Paxum luck.

I would still like to see a EURO (or other) withdrawal without markup though.

Canada/US isn't really representative of an international transaction when you are based in Canada.

The transfer from wallet to mastercard at paxum is "INSTANT" with "NO" fee.
I took 3 times 600 euros in about 2 minutes.

I can also confirm ... there is no 3% mastercard exchange fee at paxum ATM withdrawals (like how it is at payoneer.)

Paxum must be added also by other big sponsors. Payoneer sucks, they seem to be the future epassporte with lots of problems.

I can see in your screenshot that you were obviously also charged a fee for a POS transaction at Moniker. How much is that?

I don't see any fee for non-ATM transactions on the Paxum website and to be honest it would suck bigtime if you get charged a fee for every transaction with the card, even if it's not at the ATM.

The fee is $2 for both ATM and POS.

It had a markup. The rate wouldn't make sense otherwise. I'm sure someone else can do a test for you in euros.

The Moniker POS fee you see is $1. The original fee they had on their fees and limits page was $2 so this is a pleasant move on their side.

I-Payouts have a $1.5 pos fee (might be changed now)
Don't know what fees CashX and Payoneer have for pos transactions.

So in 2001 he blocked ip's from signing up but those ip's could still read the forum?

Ofcourse he did not only block "mister x" but also all the rest in that ip range, or with that isp proxy.
