I recieved an e-mail from them yesterday informing that i must now send them back a new payment method form.

I have replied "to fuck them and that I wont loose more time with them sending back infinites forms and I want my ACTUAL card activated NOW!"

Lets see if they ignore me or pay atention.

What kind of payment method have u requested and did they say why you have to send another ? I am sorry to hear though i am tired of the hasstle too ...

Today, I received the wire transfer that SKNANB and I had agreed to to conclude this matter.
Domestic Wire Deposit INCOMING WIRE TRANSFER To Acct: 567122511 From Acct: 566021615 CARDSYSTEMS CA
A $50.00 wire fee and a $50.00 account closing fee was deducted from the wired amount. Well, if that is all I lost then the loss is minimal. Of course, this does not make up for more than the nine weeks that have elapsed — elapsed without any explanation or cause in this standoff.

I do not know for certain what caused this schism between Chris Mallick of ePassporte and SKNANB, most likely this will never be disclosed voluntarily.

I do hope that there will be some rapid progress in the resolution of amounts outstanding and owed to all of you. All I can say, is if there is not such progress I shall do what I can to assist you in receiving your money also. The majority of us are guilty of no wrongdoing and should not have to work to reclaim our monies we have already earned.

I would suggest that what has or is continuing to occur should give some pause to anyone, including myself, from using the accounts of any money transfer agent beyond the actual transfer and removal of monies. This could have ended up much worse. Rely on your own cynicism in the future in these matters, I know I will ...

Hey Barry.... finally some real usable news. I'm so happy for you and following your example we should get our money as well. I am really sick and tired of this BS anymore and I can't wait to get my money and never ever have to hear or listen about SKNANB anymore.

It really pisses me off that MY money is held hostage with them for over two months now and I am definitely thinking about starting a legal process against them to regain the interest. Because after all they do not have legal rights to hold my money!! I am also in consultation with attorney over this matter.

Five business days ? a calendar week. (Admittedly, my payment was "expedited" so to speak).

I receive email notification with the wire form documents november 1, 2010
I apply for new CC

today november 14 I get answer from the bank.
My new CC is on the way and I get 1 more email for login to CC web Site :upsidedow
