You're just a nut-hugging dick-weed. And I always read a program I'm promoting T.O.S. at least once... If you don't then you ask for shit like this and don't deserve to be talking shit about dude who runs that program... cause ya retarded ass didn't read the T.O.S. in the first place. You dick. If richmedia did read the T.O.S. and then the T.O.S. changed without notice and the dude who runs the site is lying about trying to contact richmedia, then oops... you're not a moron. But if he didn't read the shit not even once, then who cares? The shits there for a reason. :pimp Ahh.... lemon kush |

Some idiot terminated my CCbill sub-account once because the domain I happened to use in signing up happened to expire for 20 hours (yeah I was also an idiot for letting it expire). They then listed it as a "TOS violation" or such. I wanted to strangle the guy as I was worried CCBill might somehow incorporate it as a factor in the "scrub-o-matic" and screw up my conversions with other ccbill programs linked with that account. This industry tends to make you paranoid sometimes. I consider it less likely now that I know more but part of me still wonders if the algorithm takes such things into account.
|
good think he has 12 FHG
|
Was discussing this just yesterday when someone asked why i don't promote them on my twins site and this is exactly why... Do you still get paid for the rebills if ccbill terminate the account?
|
If they are so bad, stop promoting them, ffs.
Every topic about them is at least 3 pages long. Makes you wonder. |
mad aint it.

We are not mean people nor looking to cause trouble. We have sent out numerous emails to all our affiliates and gave them well over a month to make the needed adjustments. We NEVER contacted CCBill directly. When an account is suspended an email comes from us, via CCBill in a computer generated format. We don't have anything personal against anybody, we just simply need to enforce our easy to follow rules against over promotion so that all our affiliates can continue to makes sales. Our goal is not to allow affiliates to create a free library of our content online that reduces overall sales to affiliates and ourselves. In our TOS and in our Affiliate Media pages (where the FHG content is located) it simply outlines the rules of posting our FHG's. It's not difficult and it's not unreasonable. The max per location is 4 per site. If you promote both our sites, then it's 4 from one, and 4 from the other. No posting in public free forums that don't update. Affiliates are to use our FHG's in their own affiliate websites. If you would please simply correct the situation instead of blaming us, your account will be reinstated within moments and we can move forward and keep making sales. Let's keep our eye's on the ball. We are here to make you money. We have solid 3rd party billers, you will always get paid on time every time wtih CCBill. Yes, our rules might not "mesh" with what you are used to, but the internet and the adult market is changing daily. We are doing what is needed to survive to keep our affiliates and ourselves happy with sales. Over promotion = death of a website. We have put our content "back in the plastic wrapper" to induce more sales in the long run. Thank you for understanding. Alpha Sky Productions |
i got this and no warnings like you write here:
Your Affiliate account(s) has/have been deactivated due to violation of acceptable use policy. Notes from CCBill: 2 Attempts were made to contact the Affiliate. Affiliate does not wish to comply by reducing the amount of promotional materials used (FHG's) in one Affiliate website location. Over promoting our website(s) is not allowed. When Affiliate reduces the amount of FHG's to 4 or less per affiliate website location, account will be reinstated. Please note, item # 8 in our TOS, no posting FHG's on permanent public boards that do not update and remove their links after 10 days. Account suspended until matter is corrected. the websites you included weren't even mine. just weird man. |

It is very difficult to do something different in this market. I read everyday sites closing, affiliate programs closing and billing services going under, ripping people off on the way out.... We have done nothing of the sort and are surving in this difficult market place. I hope after another year has passed, people will re read some of these threads and realize what we are trying to do. Keep our business alive for our affiliates and ourselves for future business. Thanks again, oh and Happy Halloween! :) |

I don't promote them, but even I knew they had limitations on the use of their content.

So, say I follow your rules and have a max of 4 Apple Twins galleries on my site.
Then some surfer goes and posts a link to one of my pages on a surfer forum. I am not a member of the forum and I am not the original owner of the content. But you send me one of those emails telling me to remove that link. I'm stuffed. |
hands keep trying to feed you and you keep bitin' em :(

The only thing I got out of his reply is that he needed to protect the girls from over promotion by affiliates.
Over promotion. Really? You want to protect someone from being to promoted? Okay then. |

Posted by surfers, and they are getting their accounts killed. AlphaSky, you could really ease the naysayers by simply showing us how much your sales have increased since you did this. And thanking the TROLLS for supporting you while the real webmasters are criticizing it really makes you look foolish. ALSO - posting notices on a site called gofuckyourself.com and thinking that its 'enough' is a joke. Now feel free to just call me a troll again and brush me off. |

We sell our original content to our members for $ 24.95. We don't give it away for free. Ask yourself how many websites have you seen come and go in the last 5 years? Why? Because their content gets blown out all over the net with over promotion. It's up to the site owners and affiliates to keep a lid on the splurge of free samples to keep the traffic interested in "buying" a membership as opposed to just Googling it and finding a multitude of affiliate libraries with hundreds of free samples. If you were a site owner of original content (not sure if you are or not, don't bite my ass off.) you would understand this. Affiliates don't share the same risk because when the site gets blown out, he can simply delete dead affiliate programs and move on to the next one. We are not going to let that happen to our sites. We've been making money for over 2 years now with just 4 models and we plan on continuing by dodging all the pitfalls of over promotion online. Make 'em pay to see what they want to see... not give it all away for free and wonder why sales are so bad. |
Over promotion is not the death of a site. If that were true, look at all the sites FreeOnes.com has killed.
|
Yeah, it does make sense, you cannot give all 12 of your content sets away and have nothing left in the members area.
But the answer wasn't to outlaw using more then 4 galleries, the answer was to shoot more content then the 12 you gave out. |

But whatever.. I don't even know why I'm bothering. Not like I care one way or another if you succeed or fail. Carry on dude. :thumbsup |

Ok, honestly. I have never seen a sponsor having so stupid limits about posting FHG. I mean according to PornInspector you only offer 12 FHG at all. Even if he posts them all this is FAR from overpromoting.
You should be more worried about illegal tubes and filesharing instead. Anyway, if an affiliate program is so retarded to block HUGE traffic whales like PornInspector/PenisBot that's just dumb and I won't feel sorry if you don't survive in the end. |
thats some funny shit.
