I was thinking the same thing and then I remembered I'm in the same position. I have 4-5 micro-niches I know I could bank hard off of if content was available. But I would literally start with nothing. No filler, no feeds, custom content needed. Shit cost money, more money than I'm willing to risk -- in case it doesn't make you millions. I like moderate risks, not lose the house risks lol.

Define free. TGP/MGP linking to hundreds of galleries, which each gallery has numerous pictures. Wouldn't you consider that 'free'? And yet I pay my bills every month. So, do you mean 'free' or do you mean 'tubes'?

Cams and dating work pretty well on tubes. So, I've been told. Also, short clips supported by banners works well as well. You have to remember that not everyone wants a 45 minute long video. Some like it all wrapped up in a nice 5 minute video. Of that 45 minutes how much are the users really watching? Play by the rules and once the user gets sick of 2 hour long 'clips' of the same blonde bimbo they'll go looking for something else.

Secondly, referrer to my previous comment. Free is only as free as you let it. Then you charge.

yeah when i had my first tgp in 1999, the "links" term was hot. I am going to change didigtaldivasonline to text links and outsource my visual directories into my sister index sites. Like I just did with http://www.footpervert.com. I have no time to be fucking around with this anymore.
