The "fool" you are asking who is it, is the sponsor manager of company Inxio, a very serious company who promote more than 1,000 programs and have legit traffic and huge sites: pussy.org, porn2.com, jrmovies and few other tons.
I am waiting for a proof from you on what you are saying about fraud!
I asked the payment owed and you banned our account without any reason/prove that saying short fraud!

Well I hope Paxum will expand much more in near future.

It is crucial for me (and probably for most of non-US webmasters) to have payment option like that because of high commissions at checks and wire transfers. I am paying more than 40$ fee per check and it takes around 3-5 weeks to process that check into my account.

I am now moving banners of programs with Paxum to better spots to send more traffic to them. I hope all programs will add that as payment option soon.

Would be nice if people like me who are getting payments from multiple programs write here as well so we can be heard.

well I guess it's not just board presence, it's also spread among aff programs and webmasters. So far Paxum seems to be a winner when it comes to spread.
