Personally, I don't care what rules you make up on the fly. I'll give you a list of the programs doing this, I just want to see if you have the balls to do anything about it and destroy your Company over night. |

You're doing this ONLY to try and corner the market for your inhouse work, bullshit - i'm calling your card. I've been selling this as a service for years and even had your help. Your coders helped ME set this up on yappodollars - I did the damn work, you helped! You've got be kidding me with this crap. |

Come on, that's complete bullshit. I would never setup a clone of nats for someone, even though I could. But masking the front to hide "nats" was one of the first 5 support tickets I ever put in with you, and to do that I had to mask things. |

Sorry, I won't be emailing you - however I've already started contacting my clients and pointing them to this thread. I feel they should be fully aware that you've changed your policy "rules" without notice and that it could threaten the very income stream they rely on nats for, being that so many of them for years now have been making changes like this. |
Quote:
Policy rules haven't changed. I don't know if you even fully understand what the point here is, but your reaction to it is very telling. Also, next time, don't offer something if you don't intend to follow through on it. |

A threat would be me saying, I'm going to move them all to MPA because MPA allows this. |

I had heard that "nats 3 could do it and nats 4 cant" when I made some general inquiries and left it at that and have been mostly handling things with only one URL pretty well, but I do find it limiting in some respects and at some point would like to be able to white label my Nats install. I think the issue is mostly moot because 1) I don't know how in the world Nats would ever know and, 2) A second Nats license is not necessarily going to break anybody's bank, especially given that apparently they are doing so many joins that they need to split them between multiple affiliate programs and it appears the second one would not need any installation or setup since it pretty much just mirrors the first. |

Posting in a drama thread.
Long story short, TMM is more than willing to assist you with generating a tracking code for statistical purposes or otherwise - it's fully documented in several places. Attempting to co-brand the site with a new name/theme has never been condoned. |
OMG I have to delete this thread since this wont help my needs, anyway john Thank you.

Sounds like you should stop reading political threads, because I post in a ton of help/info threads and zero arguments happen. What do I need to prove John? That you don't actually understand the technical talk related to your software in this thread, thus you think someone is pirating your software when no mater how many ways you twist it, that isn't happening? |

wow, the love kettle got to boiling point in this thread!
I know of 2 programs that use the nats db to present stats elsewhere. I even have tickets downloaded somewhere where I was helped out by Boris to do it.... do I get some candy too? |
Quote:
NATS is licensed on a per affiliate program basis. Say, xyzcash.com. You seem to believe you somehow have the right to help someone set it up to circumvent that licensing in order to run that same copy/license on abccash.com as a different affiliate program brand. That is against our licensing and is a type of pirating a software. I've gone back against my saying I'm not arguing with you about it here in the hopes that maybe one last explanation will finally get the point through to you, but that's the last time. |

YappoDollars had three different logins, all on yappodollars.com. One for WM, one for studios and one for moviecards. All showed different colors, templates, linking codes, stats, etc. With what you are saying, this isn't allowed. |

I'm not looking for a fight, I'm looking to protect my clients. Just remember, I never came to you for clients but you've come to me before to save your ass and keep the client from jumping ship. As a mater of fact, what have you ever done for me? I should make you pay me for saving your ass all these years. That's ego btw. |

Maybe they will appreciate you more over at mpa3. |
The bottom line here is this:
When you are going to use data is not allowed because you need to purchased new lic. And it cost money monthly. When you create something in your lic or your product with their codes it needs to purchased new lic per domain or whatsoever. And the result is just this. He want more money so everything is MONEY. It's not being pirate your product it's just like this, logging in in different domain is not illegal its useful because it will spread out that your product can done like this and everyone will purchased your product as well. |
