Its easy. The reasons are very unimportant, but he fact of Marlboroack not having received the warez legally makes him able to get a refund.

Due to I am not interested in being on one side or the other, I see it as a fact, that the HDD has not been received, there fore the risk is at seller site still. That only the seller dont want to complete the biz also is becoming clear, cause Marlboroack says clearly "deliver and receive rest payment or refund"

Actually...the package was misdirected after being refused twice on Marlboroack's end and said to be 'opened' or whatever.
It was returned to Vegas and never reached Lloyd.
So you do NOT 'know' the HD was never received...and all Brandon had to do was sign and make the license invalid, which he will not do.
Why is THAT, I wonder?
It was agreed upon with Lloyd and PayPal both that there would be a refund if he would do that...and he won't do that...and then of course Lloyd's PPal is locked up now for a few weeks, because Brandon just HAD to bring the word Porn into the mix, quite intentionally.
{Never mind the fact that he 'edited' the whois on the domain that is MINE not Lloyd's...LOL!}

It was not refused twice.
I got the package and the box was OPEN and EMPTY.

I did not sign for it and it was being sent back to LLOYD.
LLOYD told me to file a claim with USPS because there is apparently insurance on the package.. USPS told me that I can't file and the sender would have to file because he is the one with the proof of insurance. Unless I have the proof of insurance I can not do anything.

I did not mention PORN to PayPal.. Plus PayPal allows adult products now since the part with EBAY. Do a GFY and Google search for confirmation.. If you were a serious business man with banking experience in this industry you should know this... LLOYD if your PayPal is really limited please post a print screen of your account. I personally do not believe it.

There was nothing from PayPal about an agreement. He's lying and I have all the PayPal dispute convos.. They just said work with the seller to get the situation resolved.

If you read my post you can see that PayPal closed the claim as me receiving merchandise with bad quality.. I opened the claim as Empty Box + Externally Damaged. There was not even any merchandise from Lloyd received.

Your WHOIS information was taken from YOUR DOMAIN that is on HIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM. Clearly you work with the guy in Las Vegas.

At this point I don't care about the content or refund anymore. The guy fucked me and a lot of other people according to the phone number I called that was on his XBIZ profile... I prob won't get my money back or the content I paid for. So unless this guy delivers the content I paid for or a refund I will accept the fact this dude screwed me out of the money and didn't want to work with me on getting it resolved.

We are currently buying content in bulk for resale. This guy could have made 1.5K total off this deal.. if things would have gone smoothly we would have done much larger business as we have a 6 figure budget to acquire more content.

lloyd why dont you just provide him with half of the same content and send it again? since half was paid and make a new contract its strange that when marlboroack asks for his content or a refund you cant provide it why not just send the content again everybody is just taking sides on this with out asking themselves why you cant just send it the only reason you shouldnt send the content again is if he never sent you a dollar just provide what was paid for and finish the deal

The original contract is not even valid since I have not sent him all the funds. I only sent him 50% of the price of content and money for a HDD and shipping. How can I void a contract that is not valid yet? Why would I void a contract that I have already paid 50% for without receiving a refund?

I would be happy to create another contract that voids out the last contract for a sale of content for the 780$.
