How am I the scammer when I sent you 780$ and have not got my content yet? I sent you money and have not got what I ordered and I'm the scammer?

The Youtube video is not fake, you can call the number yourself! I have an app on my phone that records every call I make.. so when I tried calling you and got that guy telling me all of that I was in shock and make the video immediately. You sat here and made it look like the phone number on your xbiz was a fake and you just admitted that it was your old number.

The model on my FB page has been removed- You mentioned to me that she was available for exclusive productions and I thought I had her non-exclusive content coming but you took the money. I had business and customers lined up for the content you were supposed to send me but you ended up screwing me in the process.

Brandon If someone sends you out the product you paid for and it gets lost in the mail, They didn't scam you, Its life things get lost, One day you wanted a refund the next you were demanding I over night you a new hard drive, I told you when I got the package back and if it was really empty i would refund you, Maybe if you were not calling me a piece of shit on ICQ i would have been nicer, By the time I realized the package was lost coming back to me you filed a claim with paypal, So i let them handle it, and they locked my paypal up for adult before I uploaded that contract to them, And yes it was and is locked up, I been using another GFY members paypal to run payments through since the day you filed the claim.

So by you calling me scammer and telling people i scammed you when in fact I did send the content out to you is slander, and you caused drama between me and people I been working with for years, they don't need you calling them.

What I did was refuse to refund you until i received the package back and when I saw that might not happen I asked for a voided license I signed for my peace of mind then I would refund you, No one scammed you, You just didn't want to wait for a refund case closed.

I didn't want it to escalate to something this big and I warned you before I did it. My name alone is getting larger by the minute.. Not only because I stir up water to catch fish and promote myself this way but also because I have one of the largest content libraries and content licensing companies in the world and it's only getting bigger.

I own RESALE on over 50 studios.. 6000 dvd's, 30,000+videos and well over 100,000 HQ photosets that I have paid top dollar for.. Not to mention all the studios we broker for which makes our inventory even larger.

If you would have given me a refund or the content I paid for I would have had this thread removed and made peace with you and announced it.. But you refused and didn't want to do anything about it.

Truth is I really wanted the content you had for sale as I have loyal customers and hundreds of websites that rely on me for updates.. But you are a scam and a horrible business man and you should be banned for life after pulling this shit. ( Which I'm positive is going to happen after the admins review this along with my other threads you posted on )

I understand that you are going out of business also and I can see why. This is going to be my last post here on this thread as the holiday is over now and it's time to get back to work. Goodbye
