He might as well turn himself in. He wouldn't have much of a chance not doing so anyway. Turning himself in makes him look more legitimate on the other hand I can understand how he'd be worried about being in government custody.

He is fine while in British custody, its Sweden he needs be worried about. One of the concerning things about the warrant is that it states when he is returned to sweden he is to be kept in 24 hour isolation and not be allowed contact with anyone, including his family or lawyer. It seems Sweden is setting up their own version of Guantánamo. This version of Guantánamo it seems is for those that practise freedom of speech. What next, a Guantánamo prison for those that practise freedom of thought.

I think it's normal procedure to be held for a certain time. I was held for 2 days last year and was not allowed to contact anyone, boring as hell but then he will be out again. Hopefully.
I dont think you could compare 24h without any contact with Guantánamo...
