with the short attention span of the typical youtube viewer these days, I would suggest that you consider shortening and condensing your videos a little, 2 minute videos seem to be about the longest people want to see nowadays :2 cents:

Thanks for the input, but with many video podcasts being 30 or 60 minutes I think 12 minutes works.

I'll try and cut a 2 minute version, but I have a feeling it won't work. Or maybe I just am not good enough at editing!
