Paxum News - ACH, Enhanced Account Security, And More!

As 2010 draws to a close we'd like to thank the multitude of Paxum clients, both business and personal, who are now using our service.

We are listening closely to your needs and after the great response shown from adding our recent Credit Card/Debit Card withdrawal option, we are pleased to announce even more new account features that will further enhance your overall Paxum experience!

ACH ADDED!

You asked for it, and we've delivered it! Available for all USA clients, the ACH option can be used to load or withdraw funds to/from your Paxum account.

The fee is a competitive $5 USD per transaction, and the maximum amount allowed per transaction (loading or withdrawing) is $5,000 USD.

You can Add your US Bank Account securely within your Paxum Account Admin. Just login and click 'Withdraw Funds' in the top menu to access the appropriate section of your account.

INCREASED LOGIN SECURITY - ACCESS BY IP

Access By IP can be found underneath the Security Menu within the account admin for both Business and Personal accounts.

Access By IP enables you to restrict access to your account from a specific list of IP's that you designate. Once activated, access to your account is restricted solely from the IP addresses you provide. Access By IP is an optional feature and you can add and remove IP addresses within your account admin at any time.

Please note: We do not recommend using the Access By IP feature if you access your Paxum account admin from a dynamic IP address.

IMPROVED BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - PAYOUTS BLACKLIST

The second addition; Payouts Blacklist, is solely for Business accounts, and is accessible under the Security Menu within your Paxum business account admin.

Business Account Users can now permanently blacklist payments to any user by entering payee email to the PAYOUTS BLACKLIST OPTION under Security Menu. When blocked, all payments to any alternative email accounts of the blacklisted user will not go through. This feature has been added to help prevent against repeated fraud while retaining the privacy and security of every Paxum client.

2011 XBIZ AWARD NOMINATION - BEST ALTERNATIVE BILLING COMPANY OF THE YEAR

Though not an actual improvement or addition, we're very proud to announce Paxum's nomination for the 2011 XBiz Award for Best Alternative Billing Company of the Year. Don't forget to vote for us!

As always, Paxum is listening to your suggestions and comments. We are adding new features and enhancements to give you the best customer experience possible while retaining the integrity and security of your account.

Paxum customer support will be available over the New Year Holiday via ICQ, Phone, Email and Ticket Support, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or issues!

We wish all our valued customers a Happy, Safe and Prosperous New Year 2011!

This is true... However, I believe she was referring to the other virtual visa/mc companies out there.

To compete with Nasty Dollars ACH it'd have to be free.

you shoudl disable 'automatic authentication' when logging in so that users ALWAYS have to login.

Hermes 12-31-2010 10:15 AM

Good news, and good luck for 2011 ;)

One suggestion, add an option to direct payments automaticly to card instead of "checking" account, that now needs always manual transfer between accounts.

benn626 12-31-2010 01:23 PM

Is ACH available for Canada as well?

ContentPimp 12-31-2010 02:06 PM

ACH is a US thing. For Canada it's ETF. We're working on other options and we will inform everyone when we have new thing.

ACH for American customers, yes. Can I have an account verified as an international customer and still connect my paxum account to my American bank account?

So, is it allowed to use ACH to withdraw to my American account, even though I'm not in the Paxum system as an US customer?

I'm pretty sure as long as your bank is in America that this will be a viable option for you. However, I'll find out for sure and let you know. :thumbsup

Yep, confirmed - as long as there is a USA account, it's all good :)

BJ 12-31-2010 05:45 PM

Yes if the bank account info is the same info on your account (name wise) it should not be an issue.

Chris

just a matter of time.

How do I unsubscribe to all of these Paxum updates. I thought there was a rule here that programs could only make 1 announcement.

Stop being cheap asses and buy some fucking advertising here from GFY if you want to keep spamming your shit.

Excellent news! Brittish LTDs are able to pay out dividends 12 times per year (monthly), so opening an American bank account in my London based company's name would allow for some great and easy enough business. Thanks, really good news!
