kektex 02-08-2011 08:52 AM

Are you using it for adult ? Or mainstream? I've been thinking about buying it for some time now.

PromoterX 02-08-2011 09:06 AM

What's a scrapebox?

PornGreen 02-08-2011 09:07 AM

oh no only 21 copies remaining!!

gleem 02-08-2011 09:10 AM

You first Sally, how is it working for you? Details please!

awxm 02-08-2011 09:11 AM

What a great thread. I've spent some time reading over it and have subscribed for updates. Keep up with the good work.

marketsmart 02-08-2011 09:16 AM

its probably going to be almost worthless in the next few months as google is claiming that they will be devaluing social bm, forum, and blog comment links...

scrapebox is awesome if you spend the time learning how to use it correctly, but i think its going to lose a lot of its value with the new google changes..

.

Antonio 02-08-2011 09:18 AM

Pretty good for my mainsteam sites, but I build linkwheels or pyramids or whatever structure you want to build

Do you have a link to the claim you're making about those types of links?

It was posted already on many forums, including GFY - the Google annual scare: do not build autoblogs and profile/comment links coz we'll fuck you up real bad.

I'll believe it when I see it and if it happens, so be it, the next version of Xrumer will probably start posting directly to the Google's database servers :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

they pulled it out - too many problems; BTW, I bought Profile Link Robot about a week ago and still haven't had the chance to test it properly, but heard nothing but good stuff - can't compare it to xrumer when it comes to speed and funcionality (I ran a small test on a handful of forums) and it creates profiles only (doesn't post)

Brujah 02-08-2011 10:14 AM

May all your sites get banned for spamming. Cheers!

Agent 488 02-08-2011 10:21 AM

what marketsmart said. all the noises for 2011 google algo updates and patents being registered point at those types of links being devalued. also the mid jan update has deindexed a tons of sites and just not scraped sites so now is not the time to be an seo idiot.

Yes, most certainly and you should start using it now. There are discounts for the full version out there right now as well.

First, I am NOT a Scrapebox affilate but I do use the program extensively, having ont one but three licenses running, which permit a toal of twelve instances of Scrapebox to run at once.

I get results; links out the ass and a successful overall posting rate of around 40% and the increased traffic is beginning to show as well.

As far as I am concerned, SCrapebox and Xrumer are the best things for traffic and income since the early days of spam.

Gambrinus 02-08-2011 11:38 AM

The scrapebox horror stories on BHW are fucking hilarious.

Scrapebox does not send Unsolicited Commercial Email, so it is NOT "spamming", thank you.

That is because they are not using it properly or have the wrong expectations about results.

Scrapeboard was withdrawn due to some glitches and I don't see it released again yet.

What upsets me the most about this crap is that often people with legitimate sites get caught up in the crossfire as the search engines try to combat it. It adds that much more bullshit to worry about.

If you really think that then you don't know how to use it. Scrapebox can do a lot but one of it's features makes it priceless when you know how to use it.

And no, they aren't going to do shit because if they do, all of the SERPs will be tanked. Use your brain. :pimp

pornguy 02-08-2011 03:09 PM

I see it at 97 :(

:1orglaugh i have had this since day one bro..

and no, you dont understand what they are doing with the algo.. its a weighting issue not a penalty..

it might take a year or so, but i think you will see the sites with a lot of forum, blog comment, and bm links will pushed down 5 pages and out..

trust me, i hate to see it happen... like you said, if you know how to use it, its an amazing tool..

only time will tell... :2 cents:

Using your logic, where does google expect to get links from then? Facebook and twitter? Link exchanges? What? It's kind of hard for them. Granted they can make an algorithm that can figure out whether a comment is spam or not, but that still wouldn't defeat the purpose of SB. It'd kill probably 80% of it's main users but still doesn't kill it's best feature.

But time will only tell like you said. Personally, I think they are only "trying" to make improvements for PR. Many of the people they would be hurting are helping them with adwords :2 cents:

It's always interesting to hear someone else's opinion though :thumbsup

i agree with the PR push... they want to appease the se users, but at the same time they like the revenue that blogs and such generate.

my thought is that the only way they could systematically make an algo change that would actually work, would be to go after platform specific sites like wordpress and vbulletin etc.. so, fo example, any url in the comment section would be devalued same with links in profiles.

i have to believe that there is no way google is going to spend the resources to cross link every link to determine which are high value versus low value..

if you think about it though, where is the majority of link juice for spammers coming from?

bm'ing, forums, and blog comments...

again.. devalue the paltform and you do away with as lot of the current exploits...

Ooooooooooooooooo, pobrecito!

My sites are "LEGITIMATE" also!

Adapt or fucking die.

If those whose sites I'm hitting had even a modicum of sense, they would hook up with me for a revshare.

Hmm maybe talk more on skype? I doubt Google is going to spend the time and resources it'd take to do what you said. You have to realize that BH techniques evolve constantly to stay ahead. Every move google can make, they'll take two steps further. It's sort of like disruptive marketing if you follow what I'm saying.
