These surveys are useless if they just ask men about their size, as they will mostly add some "cm" to it. The only real useful surveys are those measured by someone else ;-)

Is there any evolutionary significance (Darwinian perspective) to having a small or large penis?

Was there something about the environment that allowed the Chinese and Indians to survive better in that part of the world with small dicks? Was there something else about the rest of the world that allowed larger dicks to dominate?

Those are averages.... so if 5-6 inches is the average, plenty of big people but wow the number of pinkies hanging around too, that isn't so small of a number.
