Way overkill on the fluff there at the end. So the "internet" biz is booming so much for you guys you grew out of current office and have to set up a second office, in the same city? How much more room do you need to add a couple more desk or a couple more server racks? especially when it sounds like your staff is decreased in size over the last couple years.

Congrats on your new hire, will be interesting to see if he is posting on here in a year or two after having had a falling out with the company.

Our main office is an hour north of Toronto and our new office is located in the downtown core (yonge and bloor). The reason we are opening this office is to attract new tech and sales staff that we cannot recruit "inhouse" in our current location. We will be hiring again soon for that location...

I've know Mark for close to 6 years now and he is a great guy! I know all he expects out of his employees is to produce, which I plan on doing. We've had some great times together and I'm sure things will work out for both sides.
