Looks like the charge was Aggravated DUI, which means something other than her just getting caught driving drunk, ie: car accident, multiple DUIs, hurting someone else, etc. A normal DUI gets you one night in jail, to get a year, she really would have to fuck up.

i think the story is she had a couple DUI charges and she ignored them - can't do that, so they did the right thing. hopefully she learned her lesson.

This chick I know had six DUIs, five from NY, fifth was in AZ. Arizona locked her up in Tent City for six months. Well deserved. So for Lori to get a year, she had to fuck up good.

However, this looks like it all happened on 12/23/2005 and she's just doing the time now.
