one of my staff did it... they do it to a lot of pics... nobody is trying to steal content or say they took the pic... it's on our site... if she complains we'll gladly remove it...

Translation: It's not my fault, it's someone else's fault... I have a huge staff, so it's not my fault... and my staff does it to a lot of pics so it's okay and not my fault. It's on our site, so it has our watermark but no one is trying to steal content or say they took the pic, so it's not my fault. If she complains we'll remove it, otherwise we won't. Did I mention that it's not my fault?

So one of your employees took an image that you didn't have rights to use, placed your own watermark on it and threw it on your website? Correct? They do it to alot of photos you say?

By admitting your staff is doing so, you are not protected by the safe harbor of the DMCA

totally unnecessary dude... I'm not one for arguing, and if I make a mistake and it's pointed out to me I correct the mistake...
