If 2 men had attacked a female cashier would this story have ended differently?
 

2 ghetto queens attack a male employee at McDonalds, they both jump behind the counter and pursue the male employee. The male employee defends himself. Now he is facing felony assault.

If the attackers where 2 men and a woman defended herself the same way do you think she would have been charged with a felony? Personally I don't think this guy did anything wrong. He was attacked for simply doing his job and was probably worried one of the queens was going to pull a gun on him. Plus I thought we had equal rights in this country?

Obviously he's being charged for how far he took it... i.e. he Rodney Kinged them.. not simply "defended himself" .

They were down and not a threat and he continued to beat them with a weapon.. That is felony assault in any State.

He went too far when they were on the ground and he kept beating them. He turned into an aggressor as well, that is probably where the assault charges are coming from.

This is why I sold all my guns off years ago. In our society women get to attack men and we cannot defend ourselves or we go to jail. So women think they can just do whatever they want and then cry to get sympathy. I would like to see the Lifetime channel make one movie about man having to put up with a violent woman for once. I believe we should "stop violence against men". We should have fundraisers, public service announcements, education in schools, etc just like women have. This is no joke, it seems women are getting more and more brazen in their attacks on men.

I was arguing with a girlfriend on the street as we were walking home a few years ago. We were just arguing because she was drunk and wanted to walk home alone. I would not leave her side because I wanted to make sure she got home ok. She turned and hit me. Some douchebags in a truck driving by saw her hit me and they stopped and threatened to kick my ass. Women get away with violence against men because so many men want to be a night in shining armor and always assume the women is being harmed instead of the other way around. BTW, I have never hit a woman but have been punched, kicked, and scratched by at least a half dozen women in my adult life.

Those drunk bitches slap the guy at the counter then proceed to attack him BEHIND the counter where he had every right to level them, but thats where he should have stopped.

He snapped, pure and simple. Everyone has a breaking point and he hit his.

Still I don't think in this case he should be charged for felony assault. He spent years in prison for a high school shooting and he is working at Mcdonalds so the guy was trying to do the right thing in his life and because of those idiots he is going back to prison which could very well ruin his life.

After watching the video I think he took it pretty well.

The two women yelled at him in front of customers and fellow employees.

One women then slapped him ( he still maintained his composure )

The other woman jumps up on the counter, stands up on the counter, then jumps over at him, while the other heads back.

Then he snaps.

Yeah I agree he did probably take it too far but then again we do not know what the women were doing after he hit them. Maybe one was reaching into her pants and he was scared he was going to be shot. Again, I doubt if the the employee was a female and the attackers were men that anyone would fault a female for making sure the men did not get up an keep attacking her.

Yes, she would have been arrested for asault. my point is that this guy should not get a felony assault charge for his actions. It should be at most a misdemeanor like the drunk bitches recieved, nothing more.

Wouldn't it be great if men could organise, raise money, and protest on behalf of men who are victimized by violent women? I was accused of violence against a woman once. I was the best man at my brother's wedding and I basically had my pick among the bridesmaids that night. The one I picked to take back to my hotel room apparently had a condition where her pussy was so tight should could not have sex. self defense goes out the window when:

- you're working for a corporation at the time. not that i agree, but remember the story about the drug store shootout...

- your aggressor(s) is down and you are now on "offense" and keep attacking, even when everyone is saying stop....and it's on camera...

- you're a convicted felon. again not something i agree with but we all know once you're a felon (and convicted of killing someone no less) you're branded for life

Seems from what I see on the video, that he clearly took it too far. I've been charged with felony assault before and I have friends that have as well. I have some experience in this. You can't convince the prosecutors that two women already down and on the ground being beat unconscious with a pipe needed to be repeatedly hit with a weapon. AND he's not going to convince a jury either.

All your "maybe...." is something the prosecutor had to consider when filing charges for felony assault.

It's pointless to speculate on what might have happened had 2 women been violently beating a defenseless male since that's not whats on video and not whats going to be judged.
