I totally agree. It's getting too cold out to walk, but I spend time dancing to stay fit. I have lost a few pounds. My goal weight is 160. I know i can do it. I have already made some dietary changes. Stopped drinking as much pop, eating healthier, eating less.

i'd say meh about any 'goal weight'.. just work on being healthier and getting needed exercise

I appreciate the positive feedback. I know I need to be healthier. I am trying to be as of right now. I think one of my biggest obstacles is quitting smoking. They say if a smoker quits, they gain back weight. One of these days I will go get some NicodermCQ or something similar. I tried the gum, me no likey. :(:( The gum made me hiccup.

when i was a kid we had this hippy for a teacher, smoked like a chimney

swear to god, the guy could out run all of us, hands down, no question.

Thanks for the link, I will look into the book more. Have you read this book, or do you have experience with quitting? It's been tough for me.
