What is a cowardly way to bomb a military installation? You don't just announce that you are coming to bomb them. Japan bombing a military installation isn't terrorism because it is a military target, not a civilian one.

You were okay attacking and murdering innocent people because of what you said was our view on what their governments did. So if Al Qaeda saw something that the US did as a slight then is their murder of 3000+ innocent people justified?

What I am trying to get across is that it is never okay to kill innocent people whether their government did something wrong or not. You do not punish the average Japanese man or woman for the actions of their government. Same as you don't punish the average American for their government's actions around the world.
