I was being sarcastic and giving you a bump, actually reading your thread again it does SEEM like a good deal assuming sales/rebills aren't on a fast downward trajectory like every one elses I've seen.

So I would buy it if I had a way to raise that type of capital, but I don't.

What are the sites? Sounds like a very interesting opportunity for someone that is able to get the financing

Hey guys, you are not missing anything, this is a great deal for whoever buys it, I simply want to get out of the industry for personal reasons, all numbers are accurate and will be verified with the buyer.

Good luck with the sale. It is always nice to take the money and run. But if that doesn't work, have you considered just having someone run it?

You have 4 sites getting 400K uniques making on average 200K per year. That sounds like SE traffic in very unique niches.

I agree... I would possibly be interested, but if it's the massage niche (like I think it is), then I'm not so sure that I could run that properly, as I don't understand the niche. [Plus, it's a little out of my price range. :-) ]

Your sites look nice. But I'm very impressed they were making that much, especially over the last twelve months. That's encouraging for those starting high quality sites and interesting for those who say that there is no money in pay sites anymore.

I wouldn't sell dude. Hire someone to manage the network for you, pay them 50k a year, keep the money rolling in.

So each of the four paysites are getting about 3k hits a day or so? And you're doing 800k profit from that little traffic? Wow nice!
