Youtube vids do more cam sales than adult sites: pay users, not free signups.
I was checking the http referrer of pay users converted from traffic sent by affiliates, and best conversion ratio is from youtube vids definitely, for example this one:

The guy do not even own a domain name or site, he post in youtube a video of a clothed girl who dance and in comment post a redirector "is.gd" to his affiliate link.
People sending hits from adult sites have very low conversion ratio and must pay an hosting and domain name bill, now I wonder...

I really hope he's not an affiliate of yours. I'd be pretty fucking pissed if a sponsor was revealing my methods of traffic generation to an entire message board of adult webmasters.

That's a pretty fucking shitty thing to do, if that's the case. Good luck signing up new affiliates doing that sort of shit.

There is enough money for all here. It's an old trick that is used for so many niches and sites. YT is full of similar spam.

Of course, but still divulging that info should be up to the person generating the traffic not the sponsor program he's sending traffic to.

I can't imagine too many affiliates being happy with a network not only exposing their traffic source but direct linking to one of their videos on a public forum.

It sounds like he wanted to show many beer money barons how to spam YT with his program, in hopes he would be able to make some more sales. Kind of a pseudo "hot tip" which really helps the O.P.. Or that's the theory I suppose.

All the same, I think most established affiliates already know of some of these avenues. They do not need to be educated to such things. However, the fry cooks would probably appreciate such guidance.... spam YT and make millions.

Considering this will now have many beer money barons and fry cooks blatantly spamming YT with this method will eventually eliminate the effectiveness. Once they volume increases 10 fold, YT will find a way to eliminate it completely.

That is typically how these things end. Some shoemoney blabs, and ruins it for everyone.

It's not a new idea. People have been doing this type of shit for years. He came up with his own twist to it and apparently it's working for him. Kudos to him.

You have taken his method and shown it to everyone. Now just about every newb who hasn't thought of it yet will try it and probably copy his videos as well. Boo on you!

The topic of this post it was in general: have you noticed too that the conversion from adult sites traffic it may be lower than the one from mainstream sites - for example youtube vids? Why is that, adult sites have too many popups or?

Of course in particular, I am seeing from affiliates some methods and sources that surprise me so it may be new and secret (is omegle and chaturbate mainstream?), and I did not disclose these (I not even understood them as http referrers may be removed or so)... but come on to advert a site from a youtube vid with link really I seen it since day 1 of youtube myself even as user, now I learn no one in GFY ever knew this was possible and I betray my genius affiliate and I am so bad in doing it.
What if I posted a link of a guy doing wordpress blod posts, I had exposed a trade secret?

So let's make a poll: how many of you really do not knew this "secret" method of put a link under a youtube vid, before of read this post? I think it is enough 5% knew it already and this was not a secret method?

We say you can use an url shortener over a "tube" video, while tube it not necessarily is an adult tube, so I think the guy followed our advice simply - ok honestly while we write the above we think at ADULT tubes, but since we write the word "tubes" only...

Hm. Yeah, YT videos work well but it takes a bit more work than just uploading a video and adding links/watermarks to it, unless you're happy with a couple thousand views that are mostly kids at night on their video games or tvs/blueray players with a YT app...
