Ive actually dranken beer out of the stanley cup before
but sadly i lost the cell phone pics so oh well |
To those who asked I work there. Been a long year. Me and my boss single handedly rebuilt the entire boards over last summer. Lots of work during the year. Got to know some of the players closely. After game party upstairs and my buddy Brad Richardson gave me to CUP and said try this on for size. It felt light as a feather. Ill post more pics later. GTG shoot couple solo scenes
BTW Porno Dan we need to hook up been awhile |
So jealous.
I tear up every time a team wins the Stanley Cup, even if I was cheering for the other team. Such a unique thing to hockey and the NHL that it's not even all about "winning", it's about that moment that they get to lift the cup and skate around with it. That's the dream. To be able to watch a bunch of people who worked incredibly hard get to do that one by one is awe inspiring. Phil Hellmuth won his 12th bracelet 2 days ago (a record) and he said for the first time ever, he didn't even know how much money he won, because he never looked at the payouts of the tournament. All he cared about was winning the bracelet. Reminded me of that. |
So since you work for them do you get a ring?
