this is how "taxes" are collected in third world countries (and yes, I consider Eastern Europe Third World). They'll pay and move on - it's the 57th biggest website in the world. Bigger than Netflix, NY Times, just to name a couple.

they know they are annying, they dont care. They dont do it to satisfy us webmasters you know ;)
