You have to look at WHERE you are... Not just Paris vs Texas, but where you are in Texas. If your trolling at the super market or Wal Mart - I know you spent most of your time trolling at Wal Mart - You going to get the bottom of the barrel. However, if your going out to to fancy restaurants in Paris then you'll see better meat.

Eh, depends... but the point was just that Paris has a much denser population of girls in the 20-29 age bracket than most other cities I've been too.

Supposedly, something like 60% of visitors to Paris are in their 20's... so that might be why. And since fashion is a major industry in Paris, where Houston's known for oil and energy... they just attract different crowds.

that's actually a weird stereotype, in europe the "dirty" and hairy girls are the americans (and others) here on extended backpacking trips that dont have consistent access to facilities.. the locals are well groomed and much cleaner.
