Title my junk removal company with me please

Happy Holidays. Should I name a new junk removal company Rocket's Removal or Rocket
Removal. My friends know me as Jrock or Rocket because I was a good pitcher in high school.

MaDalton 12-24-2012 08:19 AM

so you are cleaning up space?

EddyTheDog 12-24-2012 08:26 AM

"Rocket's" if you are aiming local.

Webmaster Advertising 12-24-2012 08:27 AM

Doesn't matter what your friends know you as, unless of course all your friends will be your only clients...

Hi Bro I started a water damage restoration service about 5 years ago that took off. Currently my junk company is fortunately going the same route but I don't like it's current sucky name it's too long. So I'll just start a new one. Marketing is cake in mainstream.

I like that one and you can have a big cartoon of the junk rocketeer on each truck. Or make really cheesy local tv commercials dressed as the junk rocketeer.

If people know you and like you locally as "Rocket" you own the name. It belongs to Rocket the guy they know and trust.

You have an advantage over 'Rocket Moves' the national mover.

What are your goals?

tony286 12-24-2012 09:00 AM

To me Rocket Removal means you remove rockets like Tree Removal means you remove trees. Poor name choice.

Junk in the Truck is not bad.. JunkRock is Catchy..

You should check with your phone company 888/800 numbers available.

Here we have 1-800-Got-Junk, which are very, very successful.... Maybe that would be a good start

They were featured on an episode of Canada's Undercover Boss.

ry0t 12-24-2012 09:36 AM

In the junk truck picture in green what an old shitbox that is. Why would they use that for a graphic? Maybe that was a single man operation with the man's actual truck.

ry0t 12-24-2012 09:37 AM

Lightspeed Removal right Steve. :p

We have two 14 rack bodies right now we go from boston all the way out to Worcester in some cases. Phone estimates on weight or by volume, speedy service of course and multiple payment methods. We do beat 800-got-junk with our prices I believe this is because we get lower prices at the transfer station where the employees take the junk.
