Who are these fucking Indians that Paxum employs?

Just trying to get a fucking USA account verified and they keep rejecting my "electronic" bank statements even though none of my checking accounts get physical statements anymore, they're all electronic. This is fucking 2013 Paxum. If they're good enough for my banks they're good enough for you.

Kovachi 03-06-2013 06:40 AM

Fuck it, maybe I can transfer the money in there out to someone else and exchange for paypal and say fuck paxum.

amateurbfs 03-06-2013 06:50 AM

I gave paxum some of my DNA now I am verified for life.

anowl 03-06-2013 06:50 AM

photoshop will help you to make any bank statements! :D

Scratch that, I can't even send the money to another Paxum account because it's not verified. Of course, the account can receive money fine though.

What a fucking joke.

PornDiscounts-V 03-06-2013 08:02 AM

You should try contacting Chris or RuthB when this kind of thing happens. They are like Rand at Epoch. Shit gets done.

Good one :1orglaugh

trevesty 03-06-2013 08:06 AM

Contact Chris... I had to, and as said above... shit got done.

Kovachi 03-06-2013 08:09 AM

I don't even want this account, I want them to cut me a check and close it.

At Paxum we accept utility bills (such as gas, water, etc), bank or credit card statements, or Drivers LIcense for Proof of Address documentation.

Please submit a full color, uncropped, high quality resolution scan/photo in order to verify your Paxum account. We do not accept electronic documents.

All registered Paxum accounts can receive money at any time, however yes, you do require a verified Paxum account in order to transfer those funds to another Paxum user, or to withdraw the funds yourself.

I'd be happy to look into your account status for you, please feel free to email me ([email protected]) with your account email to do so.

I'm not sending you guys anymore shit. I don't have paper documents, they are electronic with my banks. Does that make sense?

Ticket #174301

Send me a fucking check.

If you do not wish to submit more documents to us, then the only option you have is to reverse the funds back to the person who sent them to you, and request they pay you a different way. We cannot issue a check to an unverified account.

If you have a drivers license or utility bill you could provide a scan/photo of instead for Proof of Address, then we could verify your account so you could request your funds via check.

Kovachi 03-06-2013 08:28 AM

You will verify it yourself?

robwod 03-06-2013 08:30 AM

This would be difficult here as well. We've gone completely paperless for all of our bank statements, utility bills, phone bills, everything. I'm not looking forward to when I have to renew documents as, like the OP, I don't have any paper documents anymore as they are ALL electronic. Well, except for my Driver's License.

Ruth: this is something you folks should seriously reconsider. EVERY utility company, all banks, mortgage lenders, etc. all offer -- and in fact many encourage, going to electronic statements over paper ones.

Absolutely not. I do not work in the verification department, nor have I been trained in that regard. I do not handle or view any submitted documentation at all.

However, I can definitely follow-up on your submission with our verification department, should you choose to proceed. :)

Harmon 03-06-2013 08:57 AM

Paxum is shit, stay away :2 cents:

candyflip 03-06-2013 09:51 AM

I have to pay for paper statements and have been all electronic for years.

Ridiculous policy to have in this day and age.

Same here, no idea why they won't accept an electronic statement.

DWB 03-06-2013 10:10 AM

2013 and only accept paper documents. LOL Many banks and institutions have been paperless for YEARS now, no longer sending people paper statements.

bigluv 03-06-2013 10:34 AM

Yeah yeah but everyone still has physical ID.

Having said that the third world monkeys at paxum are a joke.

Chris and Ruth are good to deal with, but, it shouldn't be necessary is the point.

Supz 03-06-2013 10:35 AM

Kovachi 03-06-2013 11:02 AM

The statement I sent them is the exact PDF of the one the bank sends to me. However, they want a physical/paper copy but in electronic form. Does that mean I would print out my electronic copy to get a paper copy and then scan it back into electronic form?

WTF?????

I can, without a doubt GUARANTEE you that I make 10 times in a week what you make in a year in this industry. Would you like to throw $1,000 on that player? Say the word. :2 cents:

That's what I would do. Stupid rules call for stupid workarounds.

signupdamnit 03-06-2013 05:55 PM

Every other day there is a complaint like this. You would think they would try to be more reasonable. The good news is that if you are a U.S. affiliate who doesn't do many adult p2p transactions there is no reson why you need Paxum. :) If a sponsor refuses to do 1) Checks 2) ACH 3) Paypal then I'll find someone else instead unless I make enough to get a monthly wire from them.

My Fucking Traffic 03-06-2013 06:42 PM

Made a phone call to my bank today, wanted to open another account, emailed them electronic documents, they emailed me back a pdf file, I signed it by using my built in camera on my Mac to scan a post it note with my signature on it and store it in my Mac's Preview app as an electronic copy of my signature, pasted that on the PDF file, emailed it back, and got my username and password for my online bank login...

Banks can do this, why does Paxum require such idiotic fucking verification methods?

Oh yeah, this was all taken care of in the timeframe of 30 minutes, without me ever leaving my desk let alone my office.

You know they would have accepted this before you said that!

On another note, had a similar problem with a piece of shit company that sells traffic. They asked for my drivers licence which I begrudgingly scanned and blacked out personal details (d/l number etc) and then they told me they do not know what my countrys d/l looks like so it is more than likely a photoshop :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

The world is full of retards, Paxum isn't the first and will not be the last. Hope you get your money and never use these idiots again.

CamTraffic 03-06-2013 07:58 PM

never had a problem with them

freemarket 03-06-2013 08:05 PM

Got verified within 1 day with Paxum. So far I like Paxum.

d-null 03-06-2013 09:36 PM

online companies are crazy to expect people to scan their id and bank statements and email it to them, fuck that shit, even encrypted databases get hacked and compromised, how stupid it would be to send these documents to a company and hope that your personal information remains secure

they can :321GFY :2 cents:

hello this is paxum-mahommed

2MuchMark 03-06-2013 09:51 PM

Companies like PAxxum probably require more and more proof of who you are, thanks to the ton of fraud they are probably exposed to.

It should be the responsibility of the user to verify everything the provider needs, in whatever format they need it in, before starting the setup process. Make sure you can provide them with everything they need and in the format they want first.

/2 cents

bluebook18 03-06-2013 10:04 PM

i don't have problem with paxum and love there service though, hopefully you can resolve yours :)

Do you have to resubmit all of this to get a replacement card when the current one expires ?

Everything you mentioned above with the exception of my drivers license is sent to me electronically.

Electricity bill - Electronic. Bank Statements - Electronic. Rates notices - Electronic. Water Bill - Electronic. I can't remember the last time I received ANY mail that comes close to satisfying those requirements.

As someone else said - this is 2013 - the days of paper utility bills and bank statements are pretty much over.

*absolutely not* should never be words used by a rep.

Here is the truth, you work for a company with ludicrous requirements. If those requirements help protect is to be determined. I say not... here's why.

When someone hacks the database of paxum they will have full res documents to use in every scheme possible.

Paxum is obviously an inconvenience for many regarding account verification. You should either put on a permanent smile or get another job. The problem lies with paxum, not their clients.

Not to mention banks don't even have these ridiculous requirements and Ruth don't even fucking say because they see you in person. No, my LOOKS do not tell you that my name is indeed what I said it is... So that is not why they don't require you to give such documentation....

I for one got a request for a new batch of documents after 2 or 3 years of using it without issues and having submitted DNA samples and my baptism certificate. I guess they asked for all the stuff again just in case I'm not myself anymore.

That plus some idiotic restrictions in my country made me say Paxum buh-bye, just using my good ole Paypal account for which I submitted like 10% of what Paxum asks for and only once (I had it for more than 10 years)
