Demo: http://babelogr.mftscripts.com/admin user/pass = demo. (Adding/editing/deleting has been disabled for the demo)

Price is $499 for an unlimited domain/server license

I have made an easy to use installer for it, but if you are having problems, I do offer a 1 time install free of charge.

Like the license says, you're free to use the CMS on as many domains and servers as you want as long as you own them. You can modify the source code as it's fully unencoded but I do not support modified code that wasn't done by me.

To order, sign up or login and go to the order screen and select BabeLogr, you'll be presented with a dropdown to choose PayPal or Paxum as your payment method. If your profile has those fields filled in already then it'll populate the account section with your PayPal/Paxum email if not just put them in. Then it'll give you details on how to send your payment and once verified I will issue a license and zip file containing to CMS to your email.

Any questions, comments, or suggestions don't hesitate to hit me up on email or skype.

You know this is 2013 right. $499 for a script seems really high

candyflip 08-05-2013 09:49 AM

What does this do that Wordpress doesn't already do out of the box, and for free?

Giving someone who's been banned here a bunch of times $500 seems risky to me.

I think he's been working on it for a few years. Gotta recoup something. :1orglaugh

The price is because the script is 100% unencoded with only 1 single "phone home" call on installation which does nothing other than to verify your license is valid and to store the domain and server ip of the site installing it so I can at least see where my software is being used and you are free to modify it if you please. The only way I can justify lowering the price is by encoding it and putting in a very strict licensing system and I would rather not hinder the software in case either my server goes down or I somehow go MIA like many other software authors have. I like to know that if something happens to me, my customers aren't up shit creek without a paddle on the software they purchased from me.

Right now this is the MVP of the CMS. It does the basic core stuff, but I am gonna be ramping the development of it up to have a lot of features such as a mini plugrush built right in where you can get traffic to your site just by adding content to it, and even maintain trades with other sites easier. On top of that all users of BabeLogr will have their content syndicated on network sites of my own sending traffic to them.

Lots of features in store as the development progresses.

Dankasaur 08-05-2013 10:08 AM

edit, never mind, your not even worth acknowledging.

I've used WP on gallery type sites for a while & have plenty of experience doing so.

I'll be buying BabeLogr. :thumbsup

what makes this cms any different to say tgpx (as it looks like a tgp) which is now open source and thus foc?

TPG's are not the same thing. Babelogs are a very quality type of site. They usually are setup with the front page being setup for "plugs" where they post links to other sites galleries, and along with that, it has a gallery and trade system built right in... TGPX is just a rotating system, you put in urls and that to galleries and it just rotates them on the page... You'll have to also install a trade script if you want to manage trades with other sites.

BabeLogr has plugs, gallery management, and trade management. Next release will have a whole webmaster and sponsor center built into it where you can let webmasters sign up and add trades to the system and also allow them to submit plugs and have them approved manually by you, or based on a ratio or traffic count basis. Along with that the sponsor center will allow you to assign pay sites in the system to certain accounts and those accounts can log into the sponsor center and add galleries to your site for you on the pay sites that are associated with their accounts.

That's alright. I'm not forcing anybody to buy the software. Good luck. :thumbsup

Looks promising but a better front end demo / demo site would be helpful.

Working on that. :thumbsup

I have had Dank do work for me and he has always done a good job and quickly. For those of you people who are trying to compare tgp scripts and wordpress to an actualy babe site script(which can be used for other things) like this, there is no comparison. This script does everything that is needed for pic type of site. Of course it can be modded for whatever you heart desires.

KillerK 08-05-2013 11:42 AM

Thanks for your answer, makes sense I guess for the un-encoded part of it.

Just seems a lot when webmasters aren't making half of what they used to make.

That's understandable. The price I think is very fair considering you can modify the script 100% to do anything you want if I don't provide the changes. You're not relying on me or my servers because of encoding/licensing. Not to mention it also comes with 24/7 support.

I had contemplating offering a no support coupon that will lower the price of the license, but at the same time you're also waiving your rights to support. So if you really need me for support, you'll be required to purchase a support ticket. And in the end, that could possibly cost more to you than paying for the full license.

I will not ever encode the scripts despite being urged to by many others. I don't believe in leaving my customers high and dry if anything ever happens to me. Like what happened with TEVS, and JMBSoft (even though it has recently been open sourced).

Dankasaur 08-05-2013 12:21 PM

For those who say it's too expensive, I have created a coupon code NOSUPPORT that will give you a $100 discount, but will not allow you to get free support from the CMS past the first install done by me.

:1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh no support no money :2 cents: :2 cents: you really think someone wants to buy a script and get no help at all? :Oh crap let me guess :1orglaugh paid support so you get the $100 back. that's a pimp move :pimp

Then don't use the code? $500 is a pretty fair price. I'm just giving an option to people who want it cheaper and don't think they'll need support. If you want support after buying it without support, then you can hire me. No support doesn't mean you won't get bug fixes or updates. Just means if you need help with anything regarding it that isn't on it's end, like installations or installing things it requires.

Released the affiliate program also. https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1117548

Dankasaur 08-05-2013 05:58 PM

After talking with a customer, I forgot to mention the light weight but great template system.

It's built to be themeable, so you can build a theme for it, drop the theme folder into the templates folder, and just change your config variable and you're done.. It's also got built in support for mobile, as if the user is on a known mobile device, it will check the current theme for a mobile theme folder (a sub theme for mobile inside the theme folder) and use those templates. If none are found it will then drop down into the main templates folder and look for a generic "mobile" them and use that, otherwise if that's not found it will default to the desktop theme.

Dankasaur 08-05-2013 06:11 PM

Here's an example of the index.template.php file for the default templates.

Code:

<div class="left">
        {{babelogr_template_partial('navigation')}}
</div>
<div class="middle">
{{items}}
        <div class="box post">
                <h3>{{title}}</h3>
                <a href="{{url}}"><img src="{{thumbnail}}"></a>
                <p class="description">{{description}}</p>
                <span class="meta">Posted by <strong>{{user}}</strong> with {{babelogr_views_format({{views}})}}.</span>
        </div>
{{/items}}
        {{pagination}}
</div>
<div class="right">
        {{babelogr_template_partial('sidebar')}}
</div>

The {{babelogr_template_partial('navigation')}} is loading up a partial template file, which you can have as many as you want in any template file... So if you have a ad block code you want to put on the index, and gallery listing page, you can just do {{babelogr_template_partial('adcode')}} and then create adcode.partial.php in your templates folder and it'll load it into the template for you.

Really easy to use, and comes with a couple helper functions. You can also use raw PHP in it, or even PHP functions in the template language, so these:

Code:

{{date('Y')}}
And

Code:

<?php echo date('Y'); ?>
Will both produce the same result: 2013

I would say it's geared towards both newbies AND experts. It's for the people who want an all in one solution to run a great babelog/picture gallery site with all the stuff they require built right into a single control panel instead of mish mashing a bunch of different scripts together.

Regarding the manual, I will be working on that tomorrow. :thumbsup

Axeman 08-05-2013 07:32 PM

Does it have a Model Index type feature as well? IE A-Z listing of all the models.

Will each created model only support one paysite? I wasn't able to tell from the demo if its possible to have say 8 different paysites all tied into that same model, if she is popular and well shot around the web.

JamesM 08-05-2013 07:34 PM

imho script is not expensive for what you are offering but

if you want smaller affiliates to get this script then you should try another versions/License too as

1) encrypted script with traffic skim 2%/3% and/ your ads/plugs and/ your link in footer - for free
2) encrypted script single domain no skimming - near about 60-80 bucks and your link in footer
3) encrypted script unlimited domains no skimming - near about 300 bucks and your link in footer
4) non encrypted script unlimited domains - 500

additionally.
footer link removal 20 bucks.

btw please setup a demo site so all will get idea.

Best wishes.

You can associate any gallery with any pay site or model. You are not restricted to only associating a model with a specific pay site.

Regarding the model index type feature, I assume you mean the A-Z thingy? I can put it down on the list of features for future releases for you. :thumbsup

Sorry, I will not be encrypting the source at all. I don't like it, and will never subject my users to having to use encrypted source. If someone really wants to use it and can't afford the price and has other means to paying, I am open to negotiating a 1 time coupon code specifically for them in return for X amount of payment and something else like traffic or something.

Demo site is up, it's just restricted on the adding/editing/deleting of things until I can get a proper demo sandbox in order.

Great, please let me know when this feature is added. Especially if we can create a model page, which then lists each of the galleries for that model, along with a bio etc. That then tied into the A-Z function.

I'd be very interested if this feature is available.

Currently all models have their own pages, but do not have bios or the A-Z index feature.. I will work on putting these features in this week, if you'd like to sign up, I will notify all users when an update is made. :thumbsup

You should follow how Internet marketers sell,
Price it for one site license for $77 Then give them option to upgrade to unlimited site license version for $497

Except that it's fully unencoded and I will NEVER encode it, so giving it for $77 would be no different than giving it for $497.
