I'm seeking Mining Partner - lets make money.
I have a 3 year lease on a large building with more than 200 AMPs in LA.
I don't pay electric and neither my landlord nor the electric company can even see how much power I pull. (meter is all mixed up with other tenants) Anyone ready to get in the mining game and has real funds for hardware just post your email. |

You guys need to read up and your rules and regulations about the legality of weed. By Federal Law, it is legal in California. How do you think people have medicinal cards? How do you think there are tons of dispensaries? Are you aware that the DEA already has been told not to waste its time on pot growers who are under the legal amount of growing? I forgot, you guys are still in adult. So you think its still 2003. |

Good luck with it though. |

Just a small fact.
"Across California there are an estimated 2,100 dispensaries, co-operatives, wellness clinics, and taxi delivery services in the sector known as “cannabusiness” |

This is from colorado's first public week of allowing LEGAL marijuana sales I am going to post something just to show you how wrong you are in this edit. "Colorado, the first state to allow retail recreational marijuana sales to adults age 21 and older, has projected nearly $600 million in combined wholesale and retail marijuana sales annually. The state, which expects to collect nearly $70 million in tax revenue from pot sales this year, won't have its first official glimpse at sales figures until Feb. 20, when businesses are required to file January tax reports, according to Julie Postlethwait of the state Marijuana Enforcement Division." This is from the article. They are being taxed. So you are still going to tell me its not legal? You are just completely making a fool of yourself at this point. |

I had a MMJ tenant that was completely by the book and we had to kick them out or face prosecution. All the Fed has done is issue a statement that they are not going to pursue businesses operating legitimately under STATE law. California has lots of grey area in its state MMJ mandate which relates to compassionate use for medical patients. The fact that CA has no specific laws right now is a huge problem. |

You don't have a clue. The more you say here the more evident that is so better reconsider who is looking foolish here. I have been at ground zero on this since years ago when CA first passed the prop and was one of the first few hundred patients to get a note in the State of California. I have an MMJ in WA and am working towards getting licensed. So I think my first hand info, reviewed by legal, trumps your "I got a friend" second hand opinion. |

I would love to get into a venture like this but I keep reading how its already way to late to invest due to how fast the HASH's are growing. I've read articles that say you can't make your money back now or if you do the returns will be very slow. Anyone have some reading that points in a more positive direction on mining?
|
lol far-l you are one of the wackier dudes on here. I didnt notice until now.

Call my attorney, Eric Chevin, he is one of the most highly regarded marijuana attorneys in California. You can find his info online. Ask him if it is federally legal in Cali to grow, sell, use marijuana in Cali. Then ask what kind of risk every single MMJ runs every day to be in biz in the State. Then come back and your apology will be accepted. |
What coin are you planning on mining? No ROI on Bitcoin. Doge happy maybe. Coinye jeah.

Not a great ROI for either party. Incidentally, the major concern for rigs is cooling, not power. ASIC rigs with lower power costs will make this even less of an issue in the future (and it isn't much of one now). |

Weed's Federal Battle in California Remains Uphill
By Dennis Romero Tue, Jan 7, 2014 at 10:09 AM http://www.laweekly.com/informer/arc...remains-uphill Marijuana Dispensary Crackdown by Feds in Echo Park, Westlake, Long Beach http://www.laweekly.com/informer/arc...ake-long-beach Also, the irs doesn't give 2 shits if you make your income legally or illegally, you still have to claim it as income and pay tax on it. regardless of it being a federal offense. |
Stealing from a utility company is like stealing from the mob. You might not get caught but if you do, you're fucked.:2 cents:
