I get that same error with Digital Ocean quite frequently. Error establishing database.

Report it to cloudflare and they will disclose the real IP.

Or get smart and check the mail or ftp ip.

There are many methods of running it all down. Use Google.

No. OVH responds to DMCA quickly. Writing them in french (or at least a small note in french) may help, but isn't necessary. They've always responded to mine quickly and they've been dealt with.
