Ariel's been around longer and probably pulling in more sales based on just rebills and old members who know her site from years back and just go back to it to signup and aren't really active buyers anymore

I assume he asked to see what sites are successful so he look at whats working these days. so answering with names like Ariel, etc is kind of pointless. That and ariel's content has moved to glamour/erotica, not really a fit for most softcore affiliate sites these days. Most marketers of the niche that are left, are moreso amateur/nn based. the rest have faded out. Though ariel is still putting out more updates, more than you can say for most, so i guess content that doesn't fit your surfers is better than no content. Anyway if you really want to look at whats working TODAY, look at who is left to promote your content, sites like nnconnect, bods, ydg, etc - these sites want sites like one of dougs later sites lilyxo. you want cute amateur models with big tits.

i wouldn't waste my time with anyone who isn't active with camshows, cute/pretty and has big natural boobs.

yep not far from the top, i just meant shes definitely not at the top. you can tell in top searches on freeones, when catie and hailey were active (same with bryci), she was never near them in sarches on that site, same with google trends, same with popularity on all the the big affilaite sites i mentioned previously

Great site and great model, just not the top and if hes looking at what works now, looking at a model who thrived when things were great and a model who is one of the rare ones to keep at it and maintain her rebills is kind of pointless. Look at the sites which succeed in the modern era. Alot of us solo guys share numbers so we have a pretty good idea.

lol i assume youre kidding but ill play along anyway. that doesn't mean anything, firstly you dont get much for sales from twitter, you get them based on being an active model (camshows), and most active models post alot on twitter. but catie and hailey were both active and neither posted on twitter. so they dont have the followers to show how active they were with the site

ariel prob has most cuz shes been active longer than the rest. bryci and andi i know have decent followers on twitter, btw. and andi's site is not big. yet she has a good active social media following

AshleyDoll who is a nobody gets the same amount of followers as catie minx, even though one is 2-3x larger, all because they tweet the same amount (as they are ran by same webmaster)

edit-- actually bryci who i mentioned does infact have more followers and her site is much much newer and has 1/4 of the amount of tweets as ariel

i dont see why there wont always be, good profit margin. very little investment required. even if they made a crappy 1k a month, thats 24k over two years, how much do you think it costs to shoot a year of content? not much at all. they also make a TON more than 1k a month. still 3-4x that, even in these dark days (each one) - and its a business model that can be repeated over and over so you could build an entire network based on the same cookie cutter formula. can't duplicate your business model in other niches with saturating it

Depends, i pay my models outright, depends on the model, greatly, i've paid a model 2500, i've paid a couple models 10k. But thats one of the only costs. and i get the site for years. I dont know many models that will turn down 5-10k softcore work which is enjoyable and basically a paid vacation somewhere sunny. it doesn't take me very long to find a model when i am hiring, maybe a week. and those are very high standards.

I also feel giving a large up front lump sum attracts the better looking models. its easier to convince a girl than, 'hey i run porn sites, want to do it all for free and i promise money from it when it makes some?"

only model i've done a partnership with is hailey leigh as she was in the industry prior and she wasnt going to leave the business for years, she also lived a few blocks away from me so it all made sense

but you can see why even a 3k a month site, making 36k a year would be very nice and profitable, all you need is a location for a week or two, a camera and a model. you dont even really need an editor or any other costs since solo fans do appreciate the unedited real stuff

well ariel is really the only solo girl i am aware of and check out from time to time.

its pretty easy to milk the content for 2 years as i typically shoot for a year and a half actually. by then, i choose whether its worth it to give them another chunk for another 2 years of content. but i typically find its easier just to go with another new model unless shes a massive hit like hailey or autumn. even if i did pay her another 5-10k. thats another 72k for me from one single website. and im going with what a site would earn starting today, all my sites made much more than 3k a month besides 1 (latest site - i also only paid her 2500). my big ones did 5-6k~ a month net and 10k/gross. not including cam revenues

i rather have 10 sites than 1 model that i keep extending. especially these days. back in the day, thats a different story

anyway point is, it will be a while before the profits aren't good enough for people. im moving away from solo though, i prefer the ceiling of hardcore.

I know doug from YDG (yourdailygirls) will continue making solo sites for a while, i dont doubt EPC (epicpandacash) will too. i know mutt is slow but he still has a bunch in the bank, he'll probably launch it after catieminx runs its course.

For me it's always Sexy Pattycake.

But my favorites are Bryci and Destiny Moody.

I would suspect that solo sites will increase.

The reason being is due to webcam models.

Many webcam models have 24k or more of followers.

It makes sence then to have her own site as an upsell and were she can link to her web cam site.
