ok. so, i have been sending nice sales to their site, from various of sources, i see i am sending them traffic from 7 different sources from all around my network. when i have been registering, i always read tos if i broke anything and then i make promotions to stay clear with actual tos. now, they disabled my account, telling i broke tos, but i broke tos they made few days before my ban. now, i told them, they said ok, we see, we will be investigating that day, at 21st of jan ... from then, nothing, i am sending emails, no answers, feeling like some pirate or fraudster. madcheddar, you have great site, you have won site of the year, but you are acting with your affiliates like pure amateurs. seriously, very sad ending of cooperation from your side ... and, everyone, be carefull how you promote their site, one day they may change tos just to say good bye to you ... how sad ... :2 cents: have luck with your business everyone anyway :)

btw, seeing how all those clever heads are changing their tos, that are here just to fuck with affiliates, but cannot do nothing with the real danger, pirates with their stolen content, it looks like the business is fucking right to the ass and killing itself ... :2 cents: sad :2 cents:

I agree, that is why I am working on simple affiliate system like it used to be. We shall see if it makes me or breaks me. I think somewhere along the line someone made a bad decision and other programs followed suit, just to find themselves stuck in the mud with no way out. Start over time for sponsors IMO...:2 cents:

officially none. there are no official tos on their page or anywhere. i just received email that my account is disabled because they just dont like some part of my promos ... thats it :helpme :2 cents:

if they dont have any rulez, or they decide to change rulez, it is clear that everything that happenned before the rulez change, have to stay as it was. or, put the revshare on campaigns that you dont like to lets say 30%. or, let the affiliate know that there is rulez change and that some kind of promotion is not available anymore ... but, not like you close whole account, hours of hard work, and say bye! this is something that i really dont get and is more fraud in my eyes, than kind of promotion you dont like anymore ... :2 cents:

WELL stay away from that site or anyones site that likes to do stupid shit like this. Anyone with a brain on here knows you're one of the good guys. Hope you did not loss much, if they are in usa I would really think bout taken their assess to court. *shrugs*

man, i have many ways of promotion, but always using only those that are legit when registering to the programs. this happenned to me few times, less than five times, and because i am promoting every single program out there launched after 2007, it is not so high number of people thinking in a strange strange way for me ... :2 cents:

and yeah everyone, i will let you know when something new happenned, but i am not awaiting that my account will be opened again, as if they wanted to, they had enough time ... just sharing my experience ... :2 cents: and must say if i am right i am not owed any money, just had account closed without any legit reason :2 cents:

because i have sites like 6bot and part of my business is about new sites, i am pushing every new site out there, so its hard to stay with pussycash and their imlive :winkwink: also, they have won site of the year, so i think they cannot be some small time adventurers ... :2 cents: just, hard to get in touch when there is a problem ... :2 cents:

Most programs dont like it when you register their paysite names as .net or .org etc.

We're pushing a lot of traffic to blacked and it's doing well, we're getting paid. Their content is great and it sells. Hope you guys can work it out.

Maybe they did like videosz did to me and closed my account due to inactivity (without notice) although I was still sending an embarrassing low amount of clicks to the program ;)

Blacked is the best converting Interracial site out there. Follow the rules or you will get the blues.

their support sucks. sent them an email a few days ago... no response... better go with programs that don't ignore their affiliates.

every program should email affiliates about TOS changes.

blacked didnt like that we ranked him below blacksonblondes and closed our account. we were sending them good sales, rebills.... all because of pride. reminds me of early days when we had to deal with amateur webmasters who thought they were the shit. if one thing tubes did for paysites is make everyone realize you dont just leave money on the table, no matter what you think of how 'good' your content is. well, *almost* everyone as it seems.

I think what happens is, because I have seen this many times over the past six years, when a Program or new paysite 'catches fire' and has some great initial success the owners/operaters go a little success crazy. They are on a high they probably have never experienced before - all this MONEY coming in! - and they get very full of themselves and start making bad and stupid decisions based on ego and fantasy.

But after awhile every site "finds a level" and flattens out to a steady level of success. In other words, the wild ride will eventually be over. THIS is when companies get themselves into trouble, either trying to maintain that initial sales high or they freak out as their sales slowly decline over time.

So, they will learn. LOL

hm, this really sucks ... so, i got in some conversation and in touch with them, then, everything started to look better, i have been waiting to sign some new agreement, as stated in their last email from mike miller

but that email was from 24th feb, so it is one month exactly, and form then, nobody bothered to get back to me, even when i sent them email when do i have to expect it ... what is this game about? :helpme really very sad, did my best, sent them sales, rebills, now, they stopped communicating with me, hard working affiliate who never broke any of their actual terms ... sad, sorry, but this is really very sad and bad ... :2 cents: think it is time to send traffic that have been made for them to some other similar sponsor ...

i dont expect my account to be openned, as there is something really very smelly, and they are after some time another company that i am really dissapointed of ... all good, nice site, looking professional, they also got in touch with me for a while, all have been looking good, professional, the gave me chance, but maybe their professionality eat last of humanity in them ... fucking with their hard working affiliates like they are some criminals and pain in asses ... madcheddar, one of the worst company for affiliates in last time ... :2 cents: stay away if you dont have trillions of uniques daily or you dont know how to lick their balls ... :2 cents: once again, sad, doesnt matter what some whales says, madcheddar is very bad to work with!

and once again, they said i broke their tos, so, once again, where are their tos? can someone please find their tos on their madcheddar site? there are no tos ... so, i didnt broke anything, they just stole my traffic and sales and money ... pure thievery ... not sure if it ended up on mike, who have been in touch with me, but whole company is now in my eyes thieves and scam ... stay away ... enough was enough ... :2 cents:
