The main point/question was why did less than 10 black women report being assaulted or threatened by white men? I did look it up and the stats for any violent crime committed by white americans against other races was way under 10%. Still that's not 0 nationwide.

Regardless of the truth of the Tawana Brawley case, it should be clear that the outcome has a
"chilling effect" for black female victims.
Same for the Duke lacrosse case; plus a fear for prosecutors since the prosecutor in
that case was disbarred.

No matter how sure you are about those cases there is the fact that not everyone is as sure as you.
Those with the most to fear are always the ones that will be less sure(Black females).
Maybe prosecutors are afraid now too.
