He fucked me over and got paypal to believe it. Brought it to his board and then when i wanted to post our icq history he deleted it because it showed he was fucking lying .

Do not do any business with him he is a fucking scammer , i gave him a chance after reading enough threads about him, but a few of the people said he was ok so i went with it.

Never promote on his board, even if the deals looks so great. He has nothing but a board that does not generate any traffic or sales. Also not when he says he is going to push clients to you.

I was just too stupid to fall for it.

well, he offered me a deal part money 250 and 10% he would get us the lead personally from all those who would contact him for hosting. however even after he said he would refund the money if we wouldn't be happy and after the first week no sign of any leads, week two non, i started asking him also if we would get a banner, he said no. I said but there are no leads being send in from his board or form which he is using to collect clients for us. He told me to wait till the end of the months and i would be happy. Well to keep this short it never happened.

I did try to get it back from paypal, they said he did give me what i ordered, even when i showed them our conversation on icq. I will phone them tomorrow and see why they decided against me.

However the 250 is not even that much of a problem but it is just a guy that needs to be stopped.

With regards to paypal, they're probably stating you had a month of advertising, the service you paid for.

If this is the case, you want to argue to paypal, the service agreed was traffic. You can prove you did not receive, using your stats, proving no traffic was sent from his forum :thumbsup

well i have read the post, but some one at the office said maybe you have give a change because some well know people on this board and on icq said they did ok biz with him.

I cant charge it back because it was not done with my cc sadly.

After i paid him he started that he needed another 250 to buy a domain because he didn't wanted to wait for the money from his own bank account. I didn't fall for that and it was also the point i knew there was something wrong and i started asking questions.

I have been in this industry since 2002 so yeah i should have known better. But i know people can change, however this is one guy who will always be a scammer.

You bought my bare minimum ad deal which basically allowed you to spam 1 thread in the mainchat on my board. I do not allow any commercial spam om my board since 2010. 5 years if that is hard to calculate. You were posting there as agreed, the day you contacting pp asking for a refund for non-delivery of the agreed ads you were posting on the very same thread.

I sold you ad space, you got ad space as agreed, I even posted on the very thread your antics, and said I would leave the ads as agreed until July 31st, I could have deleted your thread, but i did not play your silly games.

PS making physical threats and threats to down a server are a crime in my country, not sure where you are but your IP's have been logged so you might want to re-think your threats, it might not be good to carry them out.

You buy ad space, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't depending on the service and price you are offering. You had over 800 clicked hits to your ad space in 30 days from what I have logged. Maybe you need to rethink your hosting business and change the packages and prices to make sales, that is your problem not mine.

I love this thread, a guy pays for a thread he gets it and he tries to charge back, Paypal says no way Jose, and he calls me out for delivering exactly what I sold him. It is hilarious.

Please research the facts before making assumptions. When you pay for a thread on a webmaster forum to add your announcements/news/spam, that is what you got. A thread where you can post your hosting offers when no other commercial spam is allowed. You do not buy a thread on a non-spam forum for traffic or expect a mass exodus of hosting clients. It is called exposure and brand awareness.

Just the same as when Visa, Mastercard, Pepsi, Coke pay for sponsoring a sporting event, they do it for the exposure and name recognition they don't expect people to stop watching the event and run out buy their product or service.

He paid for a thread and he got that thread till the very last minute he had paid for it.

If you promote a service for example a hosting business and people seeing your thread do not find the prices, services or whatever to their liking, they will not sign up, but you still got your company name in front of webmasters.

First of all I am having a blast with this thread because the OP is not the smartest apple in the barrel, as you can tell I don't often post on any other board unless it gives me a good laugh.

Second I am not into wasting my time posting with other nicks because I have better things to do with my life.

Third if you had a clue about VBulletin you would know the admins can not see passwords. That's why when someone on my board asks me to give them their password I tell them to reset it themselves or give me one i will reset it. I'll explain that again since it might be too hard for you to comprehend, I can not see user passwords on my board.

The guy bought a thread to post on, he got what he paid for, you have to take it like a man, you try ads they either work for you or they don't, but no point trying to charge it back with paypal, making physical threats or threats to take down a server. This shows how silly he is.
