You mean to tell me there was barely any women on AshleyMadison.com ?!?!

That's according to Gizmodo / BusinessInsider who crunched the #s.

I'm in total shock. :helpme

I'm a stats junkie so here are the #s they crunched:

Quote:

-Only 1,492 of the women in the database had ever checked their messages on the site. That's compared with more than 20 million men.

-Only 2,409 of the women had ever used the site's chat function, versus more than 11 million men.

-Only 9,700 women had ever responded to a message from another person on the site, versus almost 6 million men.

I knew it was bad, but I didn't realize it was this bad (if true). And these guys wanted to go IPO... crazy.

It'd be a great place for trannies and gay guys to pick up dudes.

AdultKing 08-26-2015 06:23 PM

Ashley Madison, where men are real men and so are most of the women.

Jel 08-26-2015 06:24 PM

isn't it like women buying beauty products, wrinkle cream, and all that other shit they buy? They know it's most likely a complete waste of time, but maybe, just maybe...?

420 08-26-2015 06:24 PM

1 woman for every 13.5k men just sounds bad. I mean they were cheaters so they could be with more than one guy at time.

dyna mo 08-26-2015 06:30 PM

It's what makes the Josh duggans of the world even funnier.

Ashley Madison netted $3,533,012 in paid deletion fees in 24 months according to analysis of the data being carried out in a private IT Security LinkedIn group I am on.

Well they did replace some fields in the database with the string ''<paid_delete>''

But your geolocation data, city, state, date of birth, weight, height your smoking and drinking habits, your gender, your ethnic background, your sexual preferences were all left in tact.

No fucking wonder I never got any pussy off that site
Is adult friend finder for real or same bullshit?

1215 08-26-2015 07:07 PM

Ashley MANison.

So what, maybe 1% of dudes actually had an affair. The other 99% were talking to bots or men.

I've seen the inside of AFF and it looks like the piggish rejected backup dancers of a 2 Live Crew concert.

If you really want some pussy, then 1) change your hair, and 2) use a mainstream site like match or pof.

My friends do very well on those two sites and none of the girls had a dick.

1% lololol.

Try .000001% - 1% is 1 out of 100, that would be 75 standard deviations in front of the pack. I haven't done the calculation but you're talking hundredths and thousandths of 1 percent just on the gender composition let alone actually hooking up.

I feel bad for the 2 guys who committed suicide for having their information leaked - poor guys never stood a chance.

Best-In-BC 08-26-2015 07:32 PM

Straight up bull shit, 1 in 25 fathers are not the father for a reason, more female promo bullshit.

pinkeyedjim 08-26-2015 07:40 PM

I don't get how more women replied to messages than checked messages.

could be internal accounts used to bait the guys. Just some kind of auto-reply, or reply through an admin without using a web interface to check their messages.

This stat suggests to me there might have been even more bogus activity than the raw numbers show.

Those must have been the only 2 who ever met a real woman on the site.

That's just crazy though. You can get by in life after divorce. If they had kids, they just took their kids father away. That's more selfish than anything.

.[/B]

They are called average women. (No, not all women look like porn stars). And they are real.

Phoenix 08-26-2015 10:54 PM

This is not surprising at all. Women mostly do not need hook up sites. They can just have a couple drinks for courage and then take whatever cock is buying them the next one.

Lol...

I have read somewhere that the registration could be done without email verification, so basically anyone could register a fake email addy.. and therefore fake profile ..and then pay for a deletion of that profile?? :D seems like a bad joke..

I don't know is it good assumption that everyone will or should make an fake profile if possible.

But sure, it makes this even more funnier: you, the Prince of Merryland with huge wealth and gigantic penis posting messages to Ms Happytits, cute blond teacher from Midwest, always ready to do naughty. :)

pr0phet 08-27-2015 12:48 AM

I don't believe these numbers. If there are men with money, hookers are not far behind. I'd question the accuracy of their data breakdown and perhaps their technique in coming to these conclusions.

Oh yeah? Like in that Japanese dating site that had 1 woman?

Paul Markham 08-27-2015 12:52 AM

During my time shooting in the UK I advertised for amateur models. A lot of the girls who applied were married, they were easier to seduce than the unmarried ones. Many were more into getting fucked than getting shot. It was all a bit of a thrill for them.

So I'm sure on dating sites there are married women, just not on a site like Ashley Madison.

That accounts for the women there. LOL

jimmycastor 08-27-2015 12:52 AM

whenever i suceeded to have sex with one of those females one of those dating networks it ended with a
venereal disease, so i guess the girls i managed to date were some kind of nymphomaniacs wich tried out 6500 guys before me
that explains it now

How much were they charging for a deletion? I heard it was circa $19. If that is right, you're looking at approximately 84K users paying for a deletion every year. That's kinda hard to believe.

how can a bigger number of women reply to a message then the number that actually checked their messages?

i never heard of that site until this hacking news, now every time is see the name i think it's a pornstar name before realizing it's that site again.

What's up with that name, it doesn't make any sense?

From the article: "(This number was greater than the number of women who checked messages because it's possible to answer messages in bulk when you first visit the site, without ever opening your inbox.)"

DigitalPimpNetwork 08-27-2015 04:17 AM

This is crazy, I would feel so sick if I were one of the users...

In the same way that Google and Yahoo and Bing don't make sense as names. They did a great job branding the name and I like that it's not your generic "adultererhookup.com" or "bangamarriedman.com"

I'm actually surprised that this is the first you're hearing about this site.
