I added a $99 annual membership to my sites about a year ago and I'm surprised how many joins I get out it. It is a little random so one week I won't get any and the next I'll get 10 of them but it is pretty cool.

Yeah it is WILD and I regret not thinking of it five years ago. LOL We are averaging about 22% of our Joins being this new option and this is without ANY promotion whatsoever. I just added the option to all my Tours and POW. More money for everyone, especially affiliates as I've seen their payouts actually rise by 30%. This is all in about four months time. :)

Email campaigns focusing on this new price option begin in January, including some from affiliates, where we will offer $79.95 as a Limited Time Email-Only Offer. Good stuff!

And for those Affiliates who only do PPS: It's hard to find good PPS offers from CCBill Programs. $50PPS offers tend to come from NATS Programs and there's a big risk in even offering PPS for recurring memberships. So this $99.95 one-year only option is a clever way of having your cake and eating it too. LOL You get the $50 so it's the same thing as a PPS AND it's paid out via CCBill for added confidence. It's a win-win for everyone. :thumbsup

Of course it's not the same as a "regular" 50PPS program offer. Those are normally on trials or month joins. If 100% of your joins were on the 99 offer it could be compared but still far from the same ;)

I have a 1 year non-recurring $124.95 option... maybe i'll lower it to $99.95 to see if it will increase 1 year memberships... maybe <$100 is the trick...

But think of it this way: the ONLY thing that matters is how much you put in your bank account, right? $50 per Join (non-recurring) is the same thing (in the end) as a $50 PPS because you are putting $50 in your pocket per sale. Who cares if it comes from a trial or a monthly join? All YOU will get is still $50 in your pocket either way. So in the end, it's the same thing. :)

Not really since the month membership (or trial) should be an easier sell so in the end it's the amount of sales times the PPS which matters which should be higher. So yes the 50pps is the same just down the line if you're not doing it for all sale types it's a big difference ;)

Nah it's all about the Benjamins Roald. LOL It's about how much money an affiliate webmaster puts IN HIS POCKET that matters. What's on the back end (recurring, trial, yearly) is not really the issue. Only $$$ matters, and it's the same $$$.

With my deal you get over 80 paysites plus a shit ton of extras for $99.95. So it's also a very easy sell (easier than trials in my experience). Plus, the other options act as contrast for the surfer.

We may be splitting hairs here. LOL Either way it's more money for affiliates. :)
