The FACTS are that she is under FBI investigation. Once they have finished the investigation they will make a recommendation to the Justice Dept. (which is run by the Obama Administration).
My guess is that the Justice Dept. will squash it right then and there.

If they don't...then President Obama will wait until after the election is over and grant her a full Presidential pardon.

And anyway, it looks like they have backed down on it. The WikiLeaks page now has the link back on it on the timeline.
