Walking Dead - Rick's Dead

Rick's dead.
no reason for Negan to say to Karl. Cry your other eye out.

What u think?

MrBottomTooth 04-03-2016 08:10 PM

Glenn dies in that scene in the comics.

atom 04-03-2016 08:19 PM

what a fucking retarded end to the season. so sick of the show trying to do gotcha's all the time. They didn't even bother to explain what happened with Darryl.

Rochard 04-03-2016 08:21 PM

You know we haven't seen it on the west coast yet right?

Brad, he is posting a theory. It is pretty bullshit to put that thread title up for the people that havnt seen it though

PirrTaste 04-03-2016 08:35 PM

Have you guys seem the new version yet? It's a bit crap in my opinion .

bronco67 04-03-2016 08:40 PM

That theory makes no sense...because he said something like "cut out his other eye and give it to his dad". So that means Carl and Rick are safe.

The Porn Nerd 04-03-2016 09:51 PM

It's called a "cliffhanger".
Every tv show does it at the end of the season.

PS: It's Glen.

kane 04-03-2016 10:05 PM

I've always wondered what is wrong with some people when they get joy out of spoiling things for others.

Well mine was just a theory. LOL
I don't know jack shit. :)

brassmonkey 04-03-2016 10:58 PM

was good! :thumbsup:thumbsup

hottoddy 04-03-2016 11:05 PM

Did not like it much :( It was a long and tedious finale. Not much was answered except the main characters sink more deeply into shit ...and that Negan has a huge group.

Paul Markham 04-03-2016 11:20 PM

Walking dead has become so predictable. I lost interest in it.

I don't mind people talking about a show and even giving spoilers/opinions etc in a thread. It just annoys me when they put them in the thread title because it is unavoidable then.

Normally I know better and avoid GFY because it happens regularly here, but tonight I lost track of time.

It was one of the people in the van that they pulled out. Either Glen, Daryl or Michonne. They kept showing 1st person view from one of them and then it switched to 1st person view as they were beaten.

In the previous episode it was Daryl who was also shot while in 1st person view. We know that because he was fucked up and bleeding and Glen nor Michonne was. Seems to reason it would be Daryl but could be Glen if they stick to the comics. Then again doesn't the same guy kill both Glen & Daryl in the comic? My bet is they wanted to mix it up a bit and it will be Daryl

Shitty way to end the season though.. I really hate those kinda leave you hanging things..

Confused. :(

shiraz9944 04-04-2016 12:17 AM

the whole season has been shit, way too slow and way to trying to get into the mind of Rick. I recorded the finale but won't even watch it now I know nothing is solved. I bet glenn is dead and more of the same will come next season. I think they jumped the shark with the governor and should have though about wrapping it up like BB did at some point. Now it's just mindless finding the next dangerous group, and they do the dumbest things all the time it drives me nuts...........ever heard of lifestraws? for water I mean damn. You build up an arsenal with automatic weapons and even mortars if necessary and never leave unless you need a medical antibiotic run or an emergency. I'm sick of them constantly splitting up and making 8 year old decisions. I'm pretty much done with the show at this point. They're just milking all they can out of this show and it's killing it.

Now I will watch fear the walking dead for a while in the hopes that it is better. Hell it's better already.

I think Negan said, "cut the boys other eye out and feed it to his father if anyone screams?. He didn't say it to Carl, he said it to his own men. It is either Glenn (if they stay true to the comics) or Daryl since he has so much other shit lined up (TV shows and movies). I doubt it's anyone else. My money is on Glenn.

I am too scared to watch that show. It makes me have nightmares and I wake up crying... :(

bronco67 04-04-2016 05:58 AM

I think the creators have no idea who they want to kill yet. If they did actually pick someone to be the victim of Lucille, then filming it in the way they did allows for some creative freedom in the writing room during the off-season.

retromac 04-04-2016 06:20 AM

Waiting for more zombie series to come. Can`t get enough of that stuff! ;-)

Great point. It also creates a lot of internet buzz and keeps people talking about it until the new season starts in October.

Good point. Norman Reedus (Daryl) stars in a new show 'Ride' starting in June. Hmmm.

Yah, but that's already been filmed and is set to air. It's not a live show. Technically he could have possibly filmed both at the same time, especially if they filmed Ride in GA.

The Eenie Meenie scene is straight from the comics, but it wouldn't be the first time that the person who dies in the comics makes it through the ep alive. And Chandler Riggs posted on Twitter that the cast doesn't know who gets to hear Lucille's sweet sweet music. So I'm guessing that AMC is deciding which of the not-primary cast gets it. Besides, this way they have more control over leaks -- at least until filming starts and pix start floating off the set of who's there and who's not.

My vote is Eugene, as he's given Rick "Bullet Making 101" and Dwight's got a bone(r) to discuss with him. You can't just bite a dude's dick and get away with that.

Rochard 04-04-2016 09:28 AM

I have no idea who got "beat" or killed. I'm not gong to give it too much thought - I like to be surprised by plot twists.

But next season they will all go to work for this new guy until they take him out. You already see that coming.

I lost interest in Walking Dead when the Rick and his partner was fighting over Rick's wife. I wasn't too interested in some silly romance story.

According to Talking Dead the show Ride was filmed during hiatus.

There's a leak going around the internet (apparently filmed by someone on the production crew) showing Negan hitting the person on Glenn's left. It clearly shows Glenn's head not getting hit.

In this first photo, Daryl is slouching next to Glenn - you can't really even see him. If you watch the scene, after the first hit from Lucille, the first person view appears to go from a slouched position to sitting up. That's when Negan says, "He's taking it like a champ".

In this leaked shot, you can see Negan hitting the guy next to Glenn, and Glenn's head doesn't move. This all points to Daryl being the one who meets Lucille.

Well this season is the one that got me hooked - and it was all the hoopla over Glenn being dead/not dead that did it for me. So to have it be Glenn would seem like pure manipulation. LOL

But Daryl is awesome so that would suck, too.

Who would be the one you would want to "go"?

Paul Markham 04-04-2016 11:13 AM

More illogical shit than ever. Once they backed away from the first road block it was obvious what was next. The second retreat made it even more obvious.

Then leaving the RV after traveling hours, the Saviours managed to finf them in a big wood and get all their cars to the trap without making any noise!!!

Why did they attack the first time without all the arms they have had since then?

The amount of food the Saviour's would need to survive makes them living off others impossible.

Talking of people running into each other that seems so easy to do when the huge areas makes it improbable.

And I could have sworn someone got killed in the end f the last episode!!!

Another cliff hanger ending which will be explained away or not next year. time to call it a day and shut it down. Or find writers who can build a plot that makes sense.

This is all coming from the deep minds of comic book writers remember. :)

The only issue with this theory is something that was said on the Talking Dead show. They said flat out that they shot it the way they did for a reason and that someone is dead, but nobody on the cast knows who that is. Of course they could be lying, but if they are telling the truth the creators of the show may not have even decided yet who is dead.

I too think it could be Daryl. Supposedly Norman Reedus has a lot of opportunities away from the show so I could see him asking them to kill him so he could pursue those. If it is him, the only problem I have is how he went out. During the whole series he has been a badass and now he lets some punk get the jump on him and shoot him, then he goes out on his knees getting bashed with a baseball bat. I would think if they really were going to take out such a beloved character they would give him a heroes death and let him go out on his shield.

bronco67 04-04-2016 12:33 PM

One thing we can all agree on....eventually Negan will be sorry he didn't kill all of them right in that spot. Maybe season 7 or possibly 8. But that time will come and it's probably going to be sweet.

Yeah they said fans would be Zaprudering the final scene. LOL

But I thought the same thing about Daryl (and about myself, if I were in that situation). I may or may not have gotten down on my knees but didn't Rick make others do that in an earlier show and killed them one-by-one? But even if I did get on my knees, once I determined there was no way out, I would go out biting and kicking til someone killed me.

Fuck that waiting to die shit.

I think... if I see good... that Negan hits Glens head... of course is fake head for the shooting that's why didn't moved and is like a statue

I call it the "Batman and Joker" theory.

On the campy old Batman t.v. series...the Joker would catch Batman and Robin. Then he would tell them his entire plan. And then he would set a timer or something that is supposed to kill them LATER and he would leave.
Then Batman would escape and catch him.

The Joker never learned that he should have just shot Batman dead right there on the spot. lol

Seems like part of any action movie/t.v. series plot that the "Batman and Joker" theorem is always used.
And the bad guy NEVER learns.

Note to self: I ever become an evil villain, I will kill the hero INSTANTLY and I will NOT first give a long speech telling them my whole plan and organization.

In Negan's defense...he's just looking at this group as another means of building his empire. But he seems to have forgotten they've killed about 30 of his people, which makes them dangerous. The villain usually does himself in inadvertantly. In this case because of greed.
