They can't, it's the Polish police that arrested him. Obviously because of a U.S. request. The U.S. is seeking to extradite the guy.

Yeah just read that he had a extradite warrant against him. Just read the seizure legal document. He received 30 million dollars in just 7 month for advertising. I am definitely in the wrong business :(
