Melania Trump might be deported

The Trump clown car is out of control.

Turns out Melania Trump came to the United States in 1995 under a B-1 Visa. This is a Temporary Business Visitor, and you are not allowed to work in the United States under this visa. Turns out the recently released photos of Melania Trump was taken while she was under this visa. Melania was hired in 1995 as a model, and the photos were taken in Manhattan. In fact, it was impossible for Melania to legally work in the United States because her native Slovenia was not part of the State Department?s visa waiver program until 1997.

She violated her visa, which means she lied on her application for a green card. If you lie on your application for a green card, well, you get deported. It doesn't seem to matter if you are married to an American or not.

Gaps in Melania Trump's immigration story raise questions - POLITICO

Well i guess the game is afoot now.

The ole democratic party is fighting for all illegals to stay, but not one married to a billionaire..lol

Brian8377 08-04-2016 07:12 AM

If you believe for a second that Trump will win and will be able to deport 11 million people are you a bigger asshat than I thought possible.

Spunky 08-04-2016 07:15 AM

The Rumpster wont let that happen..he has contacts and deep pockets

2MuchMark 08-04-2016 07:17 AM

Wouldn't it be interesting if trumph knew this and planned this all along?

I can only assume you are speaking to me. I certainly do not support Trump. Nor do i wish to see hard working people deported when they are contributing to the economy.

I was not aware you thought i was an asshat

Trump will make an announcement that he's sen the light and fuck deporting illegals.
Plus, I don't think Melania will have any trouble staying. Get real. lol.

beerptrol 08-04-2016 07:35 AM

The only way she will be deported is if Trump wants to trade her in for a younger wife

The thread titles and even news story titles by "news" sites are becoming downright lies for the sole purpose of brainwashing people who only read headlines. It's mainstream media / establishment in absolute desperation. Sad.

I see how it is.

We'll investigate Clinton a dozen times when there is little evidence a crime has been committed, but when a crime has been committed.... No one is interested. I am pretty sure if the Republican party was hacked and it's email handed out to the public they would instantly demand an investigation.

It seems it's impossible for Melania to have legally worked in the United States prior to 1997, yet we have proof she worked in the Untied States in 1995. She violated her visa, and then lied about it on her green card application. She became a United States citizen under false pretenses by lying about it. That's grounds for deportation.

"You guys are sinking pretty damn low"

You mean the reporter reporting the story?

Children screaming "take that bitch down" "burn that witch" "lock her up!" at Trump rallies seems "make America great again" means something different to the GOP, they've elevated American discourse to such an esteemed level :disgust

That's hyperbolic :1orglaugh

All the senators with classified clearance sending/receiving classified emails on their personal servers, just like Hillary to this very day, including 3 Republicans at the Comey hearing. This was brought up during the hearing.

Your candidate was convicted of antitrust violations. You support him. He's on federal trial Nov. 28th for class action consumer fraud. Federal trial for RICO charges. And in 45 days trial in NYC for consumer fraud and operating as a false educational institution. You still support him.

I had one of our programmers leave country for almost a year because they fucked up on his H-1B application. Don't ;pick and chose. Trumps anchor wife in no different from Raj Kumar.

Wont happen, and honestly Melania shouldn't be a target here, releasing her lesbian nudes was a bit much.

Immigration Statute of Limitations

There is no statute of limitations for immigration offenses. If one is found to be in the country illegally, it doesn’t matter how long they have lived in the country – they will still face criminal proceedings.
I am assuming (correctly?) that she is a naturalized citizen of the USA now. So, this is just for sport.

So... It's easy to prove she broke immigration laws and there is no statute of limitations here..... So she should be deported, right?

yea, "easy to prove" something that happened 20+ years ago... as far as anyone knows, she did a couple of modelling gigs as a hobby, to boost her self esteem or something, good luck proving she "worked"... :2 cents:

I am not familiar with Immigration Laws but unless you gain citizenship by fraud or are found to be a war criminal I don't suppose you could be deported.

Having worked illegally under a visa is not tantamount to a felony crime?

It's more about why Trump thinks he is so 'special.' People are not going to kiss his ass now that he is a politician -- it's open season -- the press is going to shoot -- any reasonable person of sound mind should know that.

I sure do see the difference. It's huge.

One is a presidential candidate who is being investigated over and over again where there is little evidence of any wrong doing, and the other is the spouse of presidential candidate who is running on a platform that highlights immigration....

If we found out Bill Clinton lied about something they would be carrying pitchforks.

substantial crimes need to be taken seriously, so there is nothing at all wrong with investigating them thoroughly... :thumbsup

on the other hand Melania Trump is accused of doing a couple of modelling gigs she supposedly worked illegally 20 years ago? :helpme

what's next? someone will leak Trump's DMV records, you clowns will find out he got busted for going 5mph over the speed limit when he was a teenager, and then CNN will be blabbing about it for 2 weeks? :1orglaugh

I see your point. A presidential candidate who is running on an anti immigration platform (let's build a wall!) has a wife who has broken multiple immigration laws, but that's not what's important.

Okay, super. We'll just over look that violation of that law. It's "not important".

Let's focus on something much more important - email. One hundred and twenty FBI agents (and god only knows how many FBI attorneys) spent over a year reviewing Clinton's use of a private server for emails, and then immediately demanded a second investigation when the FBI and the Justice Department declined to press any charges. Yet oddly enough the Republican party doesn't seem to be too interested in investigating how the Democratic party had their emails hacked.

I guess that's just not important either.

We have obvious crimes being committed, and the Republican party is doing nothing. Instead, they'll order up another investigation into Clinton because maybe she might have done something wrong, and if not at the very least it will make her look bad.

brassmonkey 08-04-2016 02:13 PM

remember bush did the same thing! tough on illegals and all the staff at his home were un documented workers!
