Hey Everyone!

I've been emailing with many of you over the past week or two and giving a number of you feedback. I thought it would be helpful for others to see some of the feedback I'm giving so they can apply it to their own projects.

So post your site (or a specific url) you'd like feedback on and I'll do my best to give you three actionable ideas that you can implement today without having of a team of programmers. Three simple changes that could help you make a little more money starting today :thumbsup

No site is too big or too small. Don't be afraid to post your site there's no shame only the opportunity to get some fresh ideas for your business.

Actually over the past week i've been firing so many emails giving people ideas. It has sparked ideas of my own which I'm developing right now. It's amazing what can come from giving creative feedback on a midget tranny site :1orglaugh

Funny how the first one or two replies set the tone for a thread. Had the first 2 replies been people looking for feedback the positivity from that would have set the tone and detracted most people from posting negativity. Likewise the fact the first posts were clowning me now nobody wants to post their site for fear of being ridiculed.

Oh well. I tried.

I no longer have any adult sites at all.
No interest in ever visiting it again.
I am looking to get serious in other arenas though.

After visiting your site it's clear you definitely need some advice. Improve your hosting. It took over 45 seconds to connect to your site. Nobody in their right mind would join an ad network that is slow as yours is.

A good board feature would be the ability to block users from reading and posting in threads. So if you block me I can't read or post in your threads :)

A feature we implemented at twistys was users that were abusive could post as much as they wanted but their posts only appeared public to them. Nobody else could see them. It was great watching people lose their shit thinking they were spreading their negativity to others when in reality they were talking to themselves.

What about you upgrade your computer and leave the dial up connection? That would be a good start :1orglaugh .

You have offered all sorts of business arrangements to someone who can come up with something - none of them have amounted to anything.

I am also surmising that you have been burned in various non adult tech start ups as well.

If I had been in your shoes I would have taken the money, but for fucks sake stop searching around for something that is not there.

Top end Twisty's type monthly membership sites do not make money any more, webcam is very tough to get into and the margin is very tight, and the tube business is pretty saturated.

Honestly it is amazing how many people don't really want help. But they do want to bitch about things.

I try to help affiliates all the time. Some take the advice some don't.

I dont know everything and have learned a ton from my affiliates and for me that's what this game is about. Never ending knowledge.


I spoke with you once Shap but you had little feed back for me because my niche is not something you know/knew about. You did mention one or two things and we looked at them did some research and implemented changes. Not exactly what you thought but close. and it worked.

People tend to think that you are playing know it all and that your word comes with lightening and thunder. When I know and feel that's not your intention.

Your an outside view that worked hard, had some luck and then turned that into more hard work. Something people miss.

Give it more time it's 6:22AM here on the west coast. More people will post their URL's. You have a lot of good input to offer anyone who does :thumbsup

2) Prices listed as euros on tour and join page. Americans will not know euros and it may sway them from continuing. Use geo based pricing if possible.

3) 5 different checkout types, 2 of which I don't know, as an American. Again creating confusion. Minimize payment types to eliminate confusion or apply geo based payment types as suggested in 2)

Emails with ideas sent, genuine and thoughtful posts in your threads, an overall appreciation for your skills and experience....guess what it has gotten me? Crickets.

Yet I make more and more money every year. Amazing, isn't it? I am not looking for public feedback but a detailed email giving me some tips would have shown me you are a serious person with good intentions. So far I have not received such an email. :)
